      I would leave 0 stars if possible. My elderly parents purchased a used ** from the ******** location AND PAID FULL MARKET VALUE! My mother brought up many concerns that were brushed off and told it wouldn't affect the ** or the pricing. As it was pulled out for their "walk around" parts had fallen off the **. They were told that it would be put back on and again, not a problem. That weekend they took it out for the first time, and couldn't get the stabilizers down, so I had to crawl under it to get them to release, finding that HUGE section of floor was patch with DUCT TAPE! Again, they were told that Windish would fix it, to where they fixed the duct tape that was falling off with more duct tape. They recently went to another ****** to try to get away from this **, and were told by this second ****** that it should have NEVER been sold in the condition that it is in, and that with the amount problems that this unit has they could not purchase it. I worked for motorsports ******ships for over 18 years so I do understand how ******s work and how customers can be overly critical after a purchase, this is not the case. I firmly believe this ******ship has taken complete advantage of my parents, and now the ** **** is not willing to be a moral human and is not willing to help them in any way other than give them a number of a wholesaler who can buy **s IN THIS CONDITION. I am beyond angry with this ******ship and the way they are handling this situation. I have photos of all the damage including the "fix with duct tape".

      Windish RV is great to work with...as long as you are buying from them. But the service? Be prepared to make multiple calls, get put on hold, get the run-around, and, if you're lucky enough to find a human to help you, be prepared to wait months and months for an appointment...which means you miss camping season altogether. So disappointing.

      ******************, We checked our records and we see that you have had two service appointments scheduled and you did not bring the unit in on those days. When you miss an appointment, you will have to reschedule, and you will be in the same rotation as everyone else. We only schedule and take as many trailers as we can service. When appointments are missed unfortunately you might have to wait a few months to get back in.

      I purchased a used travel trailer from the Lakewood location in August 2021. I didnt finance the trailer I had a trade in and settled the difference in cash. It is now September 2022 and I have yet to receive my title. I have reached out to the dealership three times each with promises made then not delivered. Be very wary of this dealership.

      ****************, I am sorry to hear that the title work has been lost. We had sent the title work *** to the county and apparently that was where it ended. My title clerk and my self have never spoken to you about this. We have contacted the county and verified it is in fact lost. We will be initiating a new title tomorrow at the state and getting all the paperwork duplicated. We are sorry this is taking so long but unfortunately I am not sure who you talked to but the messages were not relayed to the correct department. We will contact you when it is complete.
