    I brought my 2007 ****** Impreza WRX Wagon to Prestige Worldwide Exquisite Detailing on September 1, 2024, for rust repair, a full repaint (including brake calipers), and a ceramic coating. Initially, I was told that the work would be completed within a reasonable timeframe. However, it is now well past the estimated finish date, with multiple completion deadlines offered verbally but consistently missed. I've already paid $6,275. During the repair process, the owner (******* ****) mentioned discovering additional damage to the subframe and bumper bracketslikely from a prior accident. Although I understand that extra repairs can cause delays, the timeline has repeatedly been extended without a firm, written completion date. I never signed any formal agreement or contract; according to the owner, there was implied consent regarding his companys terms and conditions, which I have never actually seen. I have upcoming appointments for my vehicle that require it to be back by a specific date, and I have communicated this to the business. Despite repeated assurances that the car would be completed on time, Ive received only further delays. Each time a new date is promised, it is pushed back again. I have tried to resolve this amicably by asking for a signed agreement that would ensure a final completion date or provide compensation for ongoing delays, but the owner refused to sign, stating it conflicts with his unspecified company policy. I have numerous text messages documenting these missed deadlines, along with photos of the vehicle before work began and of its current condition. At this point, I am seeking the return of my car in completed condition by the promised date or, if that is not possible, a fair resolutionwhether that means a partial refund for incomplete work and return of the vehicle so I can take it elsewhere, or another equitable outcome. I am filing this complaint with the BBB in hopes of getting assistance in reaching a satisfactory resolution.

    I had my car in the shop for a detail job, prior to selling the car. I then received a parking violation for my vehicle during the time my car was in his shop. I called the Lakewood Court and asked where the violation took place, it was near his home in Bel Mar. I have tried numerous times to contact, and no return calls.
