    I needed some detail work done so my truck could sell at a reasonable price. I called, then met with ******* about my needs for services: he is very personable and kind, and his dog is beautiful. After discussing details, I agreed to his fair pricing and drop my vehicle off later in the day, Thursday 06/15/2023. He expressed that I could expect it back between Sunday and Monday, given the amount of work that needed to be done on the exterior and the fact that he would also be mounting new headlights. I also agreed on updating my headlights to LEDs Friday 06/16. On Sunday 06/18, I messaged ******* to see if the truck would be ready on "Monday, sooner or later", he said it would be later since he was having issues matching paint. I remained patient and reached out on Tuesday 06/20, he called back to say headlight LED packages were taking longer than expected to arrive. I let him know that we would be needing the vehicle soon for other repairs prior to selling it on Friday. On Wednesday afternoon 06/21, I asked for a "ballpark time on when the truck will be ready for pickup." He called and said it would be ready later in the evening. Later in the evening, he pushed pickup to the following morning after 9am. Thursday 06/22, at 9:14am, he pushed the time back to 4pm, since the clear coat had cracked. He later called my husband and tried to delay pickup again due to the incoming storm, and requested that it be picked up Friday morning 06/23, my husband declined and said we would pick it up that evening: the truck wasn't ready. There was a large hand-size portion on the front of the hood that was still sanded down to metal. A team member said it would take 45-minutes, but it took 2-hours to "finish". The truck was finally picked up around 10pm on Thursday 06/22.The following morning, we saw his dog's hair all over our bench seat along with several items inside/outside of the truck that were neglected.As of today 09/15/2023, I am still waiting for the refund he offered.
