My experience was terrible and not because of the service buy because the kind older bald gentleman, at the counter, was extremely rude. He didn't want to sell the 4 pack of oil change which is fine but his attitude was quite hateful and I couldn't figure if he was racist or just a rude person since I'm not considered a VIP. He could have been kinder when explaining that they pick and choose who they want to favor. As soon as we walked in, I didnt feel welcome. Won't go back because of the treatment. This experience left me insulted and if I had known that he would have charged me full price for the service, I would have never scheduled. I used to refer people to this location but now I will warn them to stay clear.

Integrity Tire ****** E. ************** Not in chorological order I have been a customer of this business due to my son being a satisfied customer and purchasing a wheel alignment from groupon for my older truck. Now the age of the vehicle should not matter but it is a 2002. This truck is very sentimental to me as it is my late mothers. The truck was due for an alignment. Got the alignment done but then took it to get the brakes done. The mechanic informed me that the rack and ***** had been damaged. Voiced that it would be a substantial amount of money as I did not need this at this time in my life. As life is lifing. I took the car back. They admit the fault but arent willing to compensate me for what they messed up/broke. It cost me $1000. They have the car for almost a week and then when I pick up the car I have to wait over 30 minutes to get it. I get into the car, it has many noises dealing with the steering as the power steering needed to be flushed and I hear something rubbing, with this admitted fault. I tell them that I have a full day and did not have time to wait. I call corporate office and explain the situation about what has happened and ultimately get to take to ****. **** goes to explain why and does offer to bring me the car but I decline as I want to be able to explain, if something is still not right, at the shop. Low and behold, the noises are still there. The power steering noises are very loud but **** stated that the technician and **** drove the car. So I guess the noises only happen when I start the car. **** goes to call **** and was told it was the power steering pump, when the pump was replaced exactly two years ago just for preventative maintenance. Everytime I brought something up, there was ALWAYS an excuse. Now I must drive a car the has several noises and still will be out of money to get it fixed. BEWARE

I started bringing my car here in late 2019 and in early 2024 there have been 7 changes of management. When I bought my car it had an oil leak and the manager didnt even check if the engine was still under warranty which it was the first time it leaked when the shop did a half a** cheap fix that didnt work but a month later when it was still leaking the warranty had just expired and I had to pay for a whole new engine. A month later my serpentine belt flew off because they installed it wrong and my water pump was damaged. They replaced both for free as they did with most of the mistakes they made on my car but when they damaged my steering wheel the manager told me they would replace it but I didnt hear anything for two months and when I finally called he said hed had the new wheel for weeks but wanted to check it was right so I sent him some photos and hed gotten the wrong one and needed to replace it, again over a month wait and when I called the wheel had been there for weeks but had been damaged while it was sitting on a shelf so they needed to order another one, a month wait, I finally call, this time he says the wheel just got in, its the right one, I bring my car in, get a call an hour later saying they realized the new one was the wrong wheel when they tried to put it on so they put my old wheel back, I pick up my car and two of the settings for my headlights no longer worked, I bring it in, they say it works fine and I was confused about the labels, I check my owners manual that confirms I was right about the labels but they still refused to do anything. Nearly 2 years since they initially damaged my steering wheel its still not been fixed, the lights still dont work right, and when I last talked to them I was told they couldnt keep ordering steering wheels and getting charged to return them so theyd see about cutting me a check to make it right and they just ghosted me about it, not answering my calls, not returning my messages. Avoid at all cost

I wouldn't recommend Eagle Automotive they tell you one thing on the phone and when you go in they back peddle and pretty much call you a liar. they are rude and there customer service skills are the worst especially **** and **** at the ********* store, needless to say I didn't leave my car as afraid they would damage it for spite.

Said I needed to replace brake pads, calipers and rotors for front tires. Also said I needed all 4 new tires. This would be more than $1400 of work. I went to another shop and my pads have more than 70% life left, calipers and rotors are fine. Also tires are fine. Eagle automotive ***** out the reapairs I needed, and suggested financing to help me afford the repairs. Im glad I had a second opinion.
