      They have no gave me my drug test results.IV *** harassed and bullied from these people.IV had my tools go missing and verified that all tools are not in my belongings with the police. Also having that on camera.

      Hello, and thank you for your inquiry.   To clarify Nurdine was an employee of Integrity Fencing Company until Sept 14th, 2024, when he voluntarily resigned after being asked to provide a ** based on suspicion on Sept 13th, 2024.   The ** was requested in the afternoon of Sept 13th and on Sept 14th Nurdine stated he does not want to work for our company any longer.   We did not get the results of the ** until end of day on Sept 17th.   Nurdine was issued a letter from our HR department mid-day on Sept 18th and the email did provide unemployment information, the reason for the separation of employment (voluntary resignation) along with a copy of the ** results.  I can assure you that we followed the policies that are listed in our handbook, and we do follow "Best Practices".   In addition to that Nurdine received all of his tools back on the morning of Sept 17th and the Douglas County Sheriff was present after I called them to help with the exchange.   The ********** receipt was something that was no submitted to us until now in this complaint.  However, we can add the amount to his final check that will be issued next week under reimbursement.  I have forwarded the receipt to payroll just now.   Lastly Nurdine states that he is being harassed or bullied, but I can assure you that is not the case at all.   We have operated with Integrity and the real fact is that we have been harassed and bullied by Nurdine through his endless posts on Tic ToK and trying to get followers to leave bad reviews, which we had to have ****** remove almost 16 ****** reviews under the clause of "Harassment and Bullying" and "Conflict of Interest".  The conflict of interest was based on the fact that Nurdine was a previous employee, which makes me question if this is the correct platform to address this matter.  This whole matter has been settled thru our ************************* and the file is now closed other than the $7.50 reimbursement which will come on his last paycheck on Sept 27th, 2024.

      Hired Integrity Fencing in *********, ** for a residential fence install. They completed the fence on March 17, 2023. We paid them $2,069. They stained in later that month on March 22, and billed us $335 for staining, which we have not paid them because as soon as they installed the fence in the same week, the posts had started splitting. By the time they stained it, every single of the 4x4 and 4x6 fence posts had split vertically from top to bottom. It took them until October 2023 and 4-5 phone and email follow-*** from us for them to come back to replace them under warranty. They explained it was a "bad batch of wood." They said it took them that long to get back to us (6+ months) b/c they had a busy summer season. In October, it took them 2 trips to complete the warranty repair because the first crew did not bring enough posts. They did not stain the fence when they repaired the posts. They still have not finished staining the fence (photos attached) but have sent us repeated invoices without a timeline for finishing the project. Since October 5, We have followed up with them 4 times by text, phone call, and email to which they responded initially that they would send someone "soon." They did not send anyone and have not responded to any other follow-***. Last week, on Jan. 25, 2024 they called to say they were going to start sending us to debt collection, even though they have not completed the work they are invoicing for. Also, there is still one severely split 4x6 that they said they would repair with epoxy but they never have, and it's splitting more now in the winter. The resolution we want is for them to complete the repair for the 4x6 post, finish staining the fence, and also drop the $335 invoice for staining because it has been over 10 months since they initially installed the fence and have not completed it. This company's communication, organization, service, performance and integrity are wholly inadequate.
