I was provided with a lease renewal agreement for the term beginning February 1, 2025, at the ********************************** located in ********, ********, which I signed in good faith, expecting it to be valid. However, I later witnessed the park manager deleting the lease from the system and replacing it with a new proposal, attempting to change the terms after I had already signed the original agreement.Furthermore, they are trying to charge me a $200 month-to-month fee after I failed to sign the lease agreement on time (due to errors with the system they use), which was never disclosed in my lease agreement. Under Colorado law (C.R.S. 38-12-702(1)(a)), all fees must be clearly stated in the lease agreement. The only time this fee was said to me was that if I did not sign the lease in time, this additional fee would be imposed, but as stated, was not disclosed in my legally binding lease agreement. Since no such fee was included in the document I signed, or any previous documents, this appears to be an improper and misleading fee charge.I attempted to bring this matter up with the park manager, and she got defensive and told me she will just delete the old lease and make a new one to "Avoid legal issues". I was also reached out to by the District Manager, and when I informed her that my complaints have been backed by legal guidance, she said I will be hearing from their lawyers. It has been one week and I have not yet been contacted by them. The primary issues are as followed:- Providing a lease for my signature and later deleting it without explanation is deceptive and unethical.- Charging a fee that was never disclosed in the lease is improper and misleading.- Removing my signed lease and replacing it with different terms appears to be bad faith leasing practices.

Moved out of rental property 11/1/2024. I paid a security deposit and a pet deposit totaling $1000 all together. The landlord at maplegrove properties say that pet deposit is non-refundable, which is incorrect. In ******** the law states ALL deposits must be returned minus the cleaning and damage fees. Landlord is also trying to charge me $350 for painting when I have lived there for over 7 years and that is normal wear and tear. I should not be charges for the cleaning and I want my security and pet deposit back minus the cleaning fees.

Last month we used ***** gallons of water according to our rental statement. This month our statement shows that we used ****** gallons of water. We were charged $13.22 last month for water; this month we are being charged $103.36. Ascencia has arrived at the water usage by changing the beginning meter reading for this month, it does not match the ending meter reading for last month. Last months ending reading was ******, and this months beginning reading is ******.
