      I rented a property in ****** where ***** was my landlord. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. He withheld thousands of dollars from our security deposit without valid explanation and has since ignored multiple attempts to contact him regarding the refund. 9 months later still no refund.During our tenancy, several appliances in the home were broken for months, and despite repeated requests. This lack of responsiveness and accountability caused unnecessary stress and hardship.Although I have not visited his store or done business with him outside of this landlord-tenant relationship, his actions raise serious concerns about his integrity and professionalism. I strongly urge anyone considering working with him whether as a landlord or in a business capacity to proceed with caution.

      It is no wonder this business is not accredited with the BBB, they are dishonest.We brought our Oreck vacuum in to have the roller brush replaced. We gave them $90 up front with the understanding that this would be put toward the repairs. We were called 2 weeks later and informed they would need an additional $210 to complete the repairs. I told them that they wouldn't get that from me for the vacuum and that they were charging me more than the vacuum was worth to replace a roller. They said they were doing more, like cleaning it. I said stop. They charged an additional $94 for us to get the vacuum cleaner back. All they had done was replace the roller and they said they replaced the handle and that part cost $15. This place is there to collect as much money as they could for as little service as possible. This hopefully will serve as a warning to whoever walks into this establishment expecting honest work for money paid. They will also charge an additional 3% if you pay with a credit card. While I understand why they are doing that, they don't inform you that they do until you are about to pay.

      I have been ripped off by this company not once but now twice. I brought my steam vacuum into the ****** location over a month ago after calling several times they told me that it could not be repaired. They told me the $95 that they charged me to take the vacuum in could be used as a credit. I was disrespected by several people in the company, when I asked what was wrong with the vacuum since it was not old I was told they did not know it took days for them to bring the vacuum back to the ****** location when I arrive in pieces, they have destroyed the vacuum, even though I made them aware that I did have a company that believed that they could repair it. The vacuum is now repairable according to the second company I took her to. They are disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional stay away that any cost from this company.

      Took my Kitchen aid mixer to be repaired. They did not bother to even look at it for weeks. I paid $125.00 to have it fixed know that it could be more. In order to get my kitchen aid back working, I had to pay another $360 .85. Yes, close to $500!!!! I stopped arguing with the man and paid as I needed my mixer for a party I promised I would bake for. These people are dishonest, lazy, and no one should ever go in there for anything!!!!!!!! Shame on them and shame on me for not checking the reviews before I left my mixer. They have locations all over, disgusting what they are doing!!!!!!*****

      I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. In 2020 I purchased an expensive Meile canister vacuum that cost over $1000.00. I purchased it because at the time I was having back problems and needed a vacuum that was easy to use and efficient. I was using it two weeks ago and it just stopped on me. The vacuum is still covered under warranty. After a week, I contacted the store and the store attendant told me it would be a week before they could look at it. However, after that conversation a technician emailed me and said it needed cleaning and it would cost $112. I asked why it stopped. He couldnt answer me but said it required cleaning. I asked if they took photos of it because the vacuum was clean when I dropped it off. I told them I did not approve and to return my vacuum and I would take it someplace else. I have yet to receive my vacuum. I stopped by yesterday to speak to the store attendant in person and he has no clue about whats going on. Worst customer service EVER. Particularly for high end products. If the vacuum was cheap, I wouldnt have high expectations. I recommend not purchasing anything from this store. Not sure about the other stores statewide, but this one in particular, I suggest you avoid. I wanted to give zero stars but this is requiring a star.

      Customer brought this ********************** in on March 16 saying it was under warranty. When ************** opened it up, he found that the vacuum was dirty, had a full bag, and, upon investigation, found that there was a problem with the cord reel because of the dirt . We cleaned the vacuum and replaced the bag. We then called her to tell her we had put $112 of labor (diagnosing and cleaning) and parts (bag and shop supplies) into it, but that cleaning and user error (cord reel), are not covered under warranty, so would she like us to replace the cord reel and charge her. She said no, and was so angry about the $112 that on March 24 we wrote off that charge. We got it into the best working condition for her that we could, as a courtesy. The vacuum has been ready for her to pick up at our ****** store.

      AVOID - DECEPTIVE, DISHONEST, AND DISORGANIZED! I took my sewing machine here to be repaired and the employee twisted my arm into giving them $189 to "refurbish" my machine, promising it would be like new when returned to me. Fast forward three weeks when the technician said it needed further repairs, asking for another $293, which I refused. He ensured me it would at least be working when I picked it up. Nearly a week later when it arrived back at the shop, they told me it wouldn't work and again I would have to pay another $293. Multiple phone calls with corporate service managers didn't get us anywhere - the best they could do was offer to look at the machine again and again ask for more money to repair it, and that's how they "take care of customers".

      We collect a $189 non-refundable diagnostic fee on all sewing machine repairs of this brand. We tell all customers that this fee is to cover the technician's time to do basic cleaning and adjusting, and to determine if additional parts would be needed and what those parts would cost from our vendors. If the repair is possible without additional parts, the $189 covers the repair. After the above process was completed it was determined that $293 in parts would be needed. The customer was called with the estimate, she declined the work and picked up her machine. Here are the technician's notes: "********************* called back. It has been 8 days since her husband ****** and the lead technician (LT) came up with the solution to get the machine back into the shop for a 2nd diagnostic on the machine. The machine was not brought back in and ***** decided to try the unit and says even though she hasn't sewn with it, the unit appears to not be locked up or she unlocked the wheel... not sure. Then she asked for a partial refund for the 'problems they had with our company' and the LT explained that that was not the option that was chosen. We tried to right our mistakes on this but never saw the machine again. LT explained that a partial refund was not an option." Even though the diagnostic fee is non-refundable, we do allow customers to use it as a store credit towards a wide variety of appliance accessories and products, or even a new machine.
