    We ordered a ***** ****** for our son and a Halo canvas. Both were mediocre quality at best. The Halo one was good enough that my 12 year old would think its good, but the ***** print is awful. The print quality is extremely noisy with bright halos around his arms and legs. When I contacted them, the girl told me my print looks "exactly" like the website photo, which is a lie. They then informed me I could return it at my expense and in its original packaging! That would be impossible because they used about 2 rolls of packing tape and put 10 canvases in one box (each canvas was 5 pieces)! We had to dissect the box just to get it open without damaging the canvases. They also imply they are a ** company out of ********, but it ships from *****. Oh, and all their reviews are so good because not everyone gets a link to do a review on their website. The ONLY reason they get a star is because they replied to my emails. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company.

    We do ask you to make returns in the original packaging to ensure it isn't damaged. If the original packaging has been discarded we will accept it as long as it was wrapped in a way to try to avoid damaged as much as possible. This is stated in the FAQs on our website. The image is accurate to what is shown on our website. A screenshot of the canvas on our website and a zoomed in image (that matches the zoomed in images that were sent and indicated dissatisfaction with) were sent showing this. A different canvas was offered, but refused. No mention was made about issues with the Halo canvas. The only people who are sent links to make reviews on our website or Trustpilot are verified customers.
