    To whom this may concern, I have been dealing with leaking windows from this company for the last 6 years. I have been in correspondence with them until 8 months ago when they stopped responding completely. They have replaced my windows several times and there is still water coming THROUGH the casements - NOT around the outside of the windows. Please assist in having them respond to me. I have already created a BBB complaint that was not resolved several years ago. It was not resolved as I still have leaking windows.

    We are in communication with Ms. ****** about this issue and have scheduled a representative to visit her at her home on October 2nd so our technical expert can complete a water intrusion analysis and formulate a remediation plan.  We have worked diligently with Ms. ****** for a number of years to address the issue as we do with all of our customers.  Our team remains committed to providing support and guidance to help ensure the best possible resolution and will provide more feedback as appropriate.
