5 starsGreat Communicator! ****** was totally professional and timely. He communicated extremely well on the quote, timing of the job, materials, you name it. He came by to talk prior to starting and ensure he knew any of our concerns and things to be careful of. On the day of, his crew was timely, fast and thorough. All new vents to color match and the ones that stayed for larger appliances they painted to match. A one day job and amazing look. ****** secured the permits and the inspector so the only person we dealt with was him. End result, new roof and otherwise it looked like they had never been there, our fresh bloomed tulips were untouched and the yard and driveway were spotless. Great work ******! 5 starsWonderful experience, especially having a difficult insurance adjuster. ****** was extremely communicative during the entire process and his team was great to work with letting our dogs in and out. We have worked with several contractors over the years of opening storefronts and our homes and this could not have gone smoother. Our roof looks beautiful and is up to code on our ****s home. 5 starsThis is the second time we've used Belmarez Roofing to replace our roof and this time, also the gutters. ****** is a pleasure to work with and gets done what he says he will and his guys spent time at the end of every day cleaning up and a very thorough clean up at the end of the job. We chose Belmarez Roofing to come out & give us an estimate on our roof after reading the great reviews given here. We were not disappointed! We really enjoyed working with Johnny, as he is very friendly & honest to work with. He worked with our insurance company to answer their questions and was patient to go over all the many forms & costs with us. His hardworking crew did both of our roofs in 2 days and cleaned it all up afterwards. We listened to his advice on color to pick and it was exactly the right one and we love how it looks now. We are very pleased with the work done and even our neighbors have complimented us on how nice a job they did.
A great pleasure to work with this company...we highly recommend them to all looking for a roofing company.
