Our recent experience using Belmarez Roofing was excellent, as has been our previous experiences with them. We used them to install a new roof and gutters on a house we were selling. They did an excellent job with the installation and their pricing is very competitive. Throughout the process Johnny Belmarez’s communication was outstanding and very responsive. I highly recommend Belmarez to take care of your roofing needs!

A neighbor recommended Belmarez Roofing to me when I needed an evaluation of my roof following a hail storm. Johnny B******* came out and did a thorough inspection - a true God-send. From the outset, he impressed me. He was honest, polite and courteous - very professional, who clearly presented me with the options of replacing my roof or not without any pressure. His information helped me make an informed decision to file a claim with my insurance company to replace my roof. Once hired, Johnny was always prompt in returning my calls and texts. He handled all matters involving my insurance company after they approved my claim, which I greatly appreciated, and kept me informed every step of the way. I had a peace of mind from start to finish. Bottom line: Johnny’s crew was efficient and hard-working. They completed the job in two days, leaving me with a beautiful, new roof, and they thoroughly cleaned up my property after they were finished. I highly recommend Belmarez Roofing.Belmarez Roofing

Working with Belmarez Roofing was a great experience from the first meeting. The bid was very competitive and when I asked for additional items, all options were included for consideration. The whole team was great including the fact that a tree issue I had been unaware of was brought to my attention by the supervisor of the crew. They cleaned up my yard completely even when they weren't finished and the final results with new roof and gutters is beautiful. I highly recommend working with Johnny Belmarez if you are looking for quality work from an experienced crew.Belmarez Roofing
