      We began working with this company in the Fall of 2024. In December of *************************************************************************************** email. In March of 2025 we finally got to speak with someone and was able to place the order only if we paid upfront. We placed the order and paid in full. We have been trying to contact them about the status of the order, but again unable to via phone or email. Their website is up so we are assuming they are in business. The purchase order is #**-2025 in the amount of $476.00. Their quote # is 612-4923. Please help us in making this. Company accountable. Thanks.

      In February 2023, ********** placed an order with OUTDOOR-FITNESS for outdoor fitness equipment to be installed at our senior center in **********, *************. While a portion of the equipment was received and installed, we never received the remaining items, valued at $7,934.00.After numerous attempts to contact the company, we were eventually informed that the remainder of the equipment we ordered was no longer available. The company offered a list of alternative products; however, none of the suggested options were appropriate or safe for use at a senior center.Since that time, we have sent several emails, letters, and made multiple phone calls requesting a refund for the undelivered equipment. On April 1, 2025, we received an email from the CEO of OUTDOOR-FITNESS stating that a refund would be issued immediately. As of April 14, 2025, we have not received the refund or any additional communication regarding the status of the payment.We are formally requesting the immediate return of the $7,934.00 that was paid in good faith for equipment that was never delivered.

      Purchased an elliptical and chest/press combo with credit card on 10/08/2024. Called in December and was told would receive delivery late January. We still have not received delivery and no one answers the phone when calling or responds to emails

      Ordered fitness equipment in early July, they cashed our check on 7/10/2024 and I have not heard a peep from them since. I have sent 8 emails and left at least that many voice mails.

      We placed an order on 3/19, with ***** ***** and ****** **** for a Back extension and Self-Weighted Rower in (GREEN). Since 5/24, we have been calling/ emailing for updates on our shipment, but we have gone unanswered.On 7/22, we received a call from ****** at the warehouse, saying the entire shipment from their supplier in ***** was received incorrectly, in (Purple and Green). Despite this error, ****** tried to convince us to accept 1 of the incorrectly colored items. After waiting 6 mo for this order, it was unacceptable.We explained that we would only accept the incorrect item if a discount of 20% due to the inconvenience of receiving mismatched items and the lack of communication. ****** stated their supplier doesn't offer discounts.On 8/14 we requested a full refund and cancellation of the order. ****** responded by saying that the item was already prepared for shipping and complained that shipping costs had doubled. However, shipping was already paid for when the order was placed.8/28, we told ****** that if we did not receive a refund, we would file a lawsuit and report the company to the BBB. Instead of addressing our request, ****** sent a shipping confirmation, even though we had explicitly requested order cancellation and a refund.9/5, R&L Carriers called, attempting to deliver the incorrect items. Despite our repeated requests to cancel the order and refund us, Outdoor Fitness is still attempting to deliver goods.9/12 we received another call from R&L Carriers, trying to gain access to Outdoor Fitness warehouse, but they were given our number and incorrect address. Complete Kaos.After confirming we will be filing a lawsuit to recover these illegally kept funds, we got a response the refund would be processed on 9/12, but we still have not received this.10/3 they are claiming to have processed a refund that has not been confirmed on their end or received on our end. This company is robbing its customers.We want our ENTIRE Refund TODAY!

      This customer was already issued a full refunded as of September 30th, which they confirmed and a acknowledged today by checking bank statements and by e-mail confirmation. They did choose to not accept delivery of the equipment upon arrival that was shipped on September 8th. We shipped it back to our warehouse at our own cost and the refund was issued September 30th. We sincerely apologize for his inconvenience and his concern and hope his project is both a successful and a beautiful one.

      On March 14, 2024 we ordered a push up bar and a sit up board double from Outdoor-Fitness ***** We are still waiting on the delivery but have also had no reply or communication at all with multiple phone calls and emails to them. We would understand if the parts are on back order but haven't heard from anyone since placing the order. We want the delivery of the equipment ordered to complete a phase 1 park improvement project as part of a state ****** If they are unable to make this situation right and send us what we ordered, then we would like a full refund. This whole experience with them has been so unprofessional. There has been zero attempt to communicate with us over the past 4 months. The uploaded documents are just a few examples of the multiple emails we have sent to them. There has also been numerous phone call attempts and messages left for them by myself and the treasurer. We just want this all made right and get what we paid for especially since we are talking about TAX PAYER DOLLARS.

      An order for outdoor fitness equipment was made and paid for prior to shipping. Seven of the Nine pieces shipped. Two were on back order. I began following up to retrieve the items and communication ceased. They no longer answered the phone, or replied to any emails. I called them from a local zip code with a purchase inquiry and asked if they had the items in stock, which they said yes. Then informed them of who I was, and that I was waiting on those items. They said they would get them shipped out the following week. They then ceased all communication again. They have no intention on fulfilling this order. $4,000 between the two times and they refuse to refund the money or ship the missing items. Also, there is multiple complaints on ****** with the same issue of not receiving items purchased

      Purchased a piece of exercise equipment in August, 2023, and the item has never been received. We initially got several emails indicating that the item was on backorder/stuck in customs at port, but they have failed to respond to continuous request for update and the item has never shown up. The telephone numbers that are listed are not answered, nor are requests via email.

      Check issued on 8/31/23. We received confirmation that check was received on 9/7/23. The check was cashed on 9/27/23. Was told we would receive the equipment 8-12 weeks from receipt of payment. The company has not responded to any calls or emails since 12/11/23.

      In February 2022 we ordered $19,354 of equipment from Outdoor-Fitness for our ******************* located in ********* **. We paid in full and were told that items would arrive within 16 weeks. It has been nearly 90 weeks and we still do not have everything we ordered. Throughout the time, Outdoor-Fitness has not be responsive to scores of phone calls, voice messages and emails inquiring as to the status of this order.Order number 612-4372, dated February 2, 2022.
