      Original order was placed June 23, 2022. The equipment arrived nearly a year later in May 2023. It came with no assembly instructions. The order was incorrect so they substituted an elliptical trainer for a Ski-******. The equipment purchase included signs that were not included. The sign posts arrived but no signs. The company has been non responsive to repeated emails or phone calls once the credit card was charged for the equipment.

      On or about January 18, 2022 we purchased $17,278.00 worth of outdoor fitness equipment from Outdoor-Fitness. Out of the 10 items purchased, we received 7 of the 10 on or about June 24, 2022. The three (3) remaining pieces arrived damaged to the provider warehouse so they had to be reordered. We were told that we should receive the shipment sometime in February 2023. Then the shipment was sent to ******* ********** and not to their warehouse in ******. After repeatedly calling, leaving messages etc. I finally got through to someone and they said that we should received at the end of March 2023. Every other day since then, I have tried calling them, leaving messages when I could (if the voicemail is not full) and have yet to receive a response of any kind to find out where the shipment is and when we should receive the 3 remaining pieces. They do not respond to emails or answer the two (2) phone numbers I have. For the last 6 weeks approximately, I call everyday.We need them to contact me at my office number or cell ************ and we need a status on where this equipment is. If I am not available they should leave a message with a contact number that they answer. We want the equipment as soon as possible as we have been waiting for over a year.

      I placed an order for outdoor fitness equipment on behalf of the parent association for our local elementary school. We received part of the order (5 of 8 items), we are still missing three large pieces (worth around $3,300). Outdoor Fitness is not answering their phones, nor replying to emails. They have money earmarked for the children's activities, but we don't have the products we ordered. At the very least it's bad communication, but it feels a lot like theft.

      June 15, 2022 I purchased outdoor equipment, totaling $22,966. It has been over six months and i have not got a reply about the status of my equipment. I have a list of emails of me trying to contact them. It is very unprofessional that since the day they were very prompt to take payment they haven't been so with answering where my shipment is at.

      I placed an order with outdoor-fitness on June 7, 2022. I have never received the order. I have left voice messages asking them about the order and asking them to contact me. they are not returning my calls. I'm concerned that they have closed their doors and have no intentions of filling orders or refunding my money. My order number is ****.
