  I recently discovered that I was signed up for a *************************** subscription without my consent. After reaching out to ******************, I was directed to a third-party company called Subscription Data Processing (SDP)I attempted to go through the website to cancel the subscription, but it was impossible. Every time I tried, I received an error message stating there was an issue, and the cancellation couldnt be processed. I also contacted the number provided by ****************** for assistance, but the experience felt shady, and I had no success in getting my issue resolved.While ****************** confirmed they suspended the subscription going forward, I am frustrated by the lack of transparency, the unresponsive customer service, and the third-party involvement.This whole experience feels like a deceptive practice, and I worry that others may not catch this. I believe more needs to be done to prevent these types of situations.

  Received magazine and upon contacting this magazine they referred me to "SubDataPro" to resolve issue. When contacting it sounded like the same lady answered the phone and they could not explain how I was determined to receive "The New Republic" and cancelled the order. "Elle" was very anxious to get off the phone but checked if there were other subscriptions under my name. She found two. She has confirmed that these were cancelled and that I would not be charged but I will be contacting my financial providers to ensure I will not be responsible for any charges.

  Suddenly received a hard copy subscription and emails from The ************. Contacted magazine and the subscription has been cancelled/suspended with them, but I have to contact SubDataPro to cancel. Website does not send using their form, phone does not work either. Im going to contact both my banks to ensure this company is blocked from charging me.

  Started receiving *************** Didn't authorize or subscribe. Contacted Vogue. They said this company did it on my behalf. I tried going to their website but my anti-virus and protocols marked the site as malware. I highly recommend someone shutting this business down ASAP. They're just a scam and I don't know how else they got my information other than purchasing it or from data leaks. It's so aggravating and frustrating.

  I am receiving 2 different magazines (Vanity Fair and Womans World) that I never subscribed to. After calling the magazines individually, and trying to cancel the delivery of these magazines, I was told they were ordered on my behalf by the company: **************** Pprocessing. Like other reviewers, I have been unable to get in touch with ******** Pro at all, via Phone or Internet. Obviously, this is some kind of Scam. Who is paying for these magazines? Why are they being sent to me when I never even considered getting them. This company should be checked into. There is definitely something fraudulent going on here. AND I WANT THESE MAGAZINES TO STOP BEING MAILED TO ME!!!

  I too started getting a magazine subscription that I did not pay for nor signed up for. **** Report of all magazines. I have no business getting this magazine. Of course **** Report can not just cancel the subscription since it was placed by this company that I have never heard of before. I was only able to suspend it. Of course this system is automated and can not get resolution on it.

  Started getting ******************** without my authorization. Who is this company and how did they get my information? Called Vanity Fair and they suspended my subscription but directed me to call ******** Pro. When I try to call, it is a recording saying they are closed yet it is in between the hours of 8Am-8PM. Is this a scam company? Why would they sign me up for a magazine I didn't purchase? We should be able to use 0 stars.

  I'm a ********* and don't want vogue magazine and people magazine delivered to my home even if it is purchased by someone else. This company feels it can deliver violating magazines to anyone. I have to go through time consuming efforts to cancel these deliveries.

  Got a random magazine in the mail. This company has subscribed me to Vogue. I did NOT order this from Subdatapro or Vogue or any other subscription service. Nor would I ever want to a subscription to Vogue. I contacted Vogue telling them I did not subscribe to their magazine and wanted to know who had signed me up. They replied that I had signed up thru subdatapro and I had to contact them with my request. Vogue is shady that they aren't even concerned nor are they trying to help find out identity theft. Subdatapro should have a lawsuit against them because they are signing people up for subscriptions that they never asked to be signed up for. I'll be contacting them to demand all subscriptions be canceled, to find out who used my name, and to have all of my personal information scrubbed from their files.

  Started getting vogue magazine in mail which I never subscribed to. Reached out to them and they say order was placed with Subdatapro. Never heard of them or contacted them and cant get any answer when I call number.
