      Every member of my family has used **** for over a decade across multiple properties. Each time the service has always been consistently exceptional. He breaks everything down where we can understand and his follow through after the work is done has been outstanding. Any mess has always been cleaned up, Schedules met, and a smooth process. I have recommended Awalt Construction to many other friends and family based on my experiences.

      I would highly recommend Awalt Construction to anyone who has no idea how the Insurance and claims process works. **** was super helpful and guided ** from start to finish, he basically took over the claim and dealt with the insurance company giving us a sigh of relief. **** met our Adjuster on very short notice and even was able to find other damage that we did not even realize we had! **** also guided us on everything we should expect from the start to finish of our roof replacement. Its hard determining who to decide on when you feel your neighborhood is being bombarded with roofing companies, I swear my door would be covered in flyers every day when I would come home. We are very satisfied with our experience and the great communication we received.

      Our experience with Awalt Construction to replace our roof was GREAT! Hassle free, easy, fast and professional. **** and the crew helped us navigate the claim process after hail damage. They kept us well informed on progress with approvals and timelines each step of the way. I would use them again in a heartbeat and have already referred many of my friends and neighbors.

      **** and ********* were absolutely the best to work with on my roof replacement. This whole process can be a bit stressful, the communication was wonderful from start to finish. Their knowledge and expertise is outstanding. The workers finished in one day and did an excellent job with the clean up at the end. It was smooth from start to finish!

      I highly recommend Awalt Construction. I used this roofing service to replace a dilapidated roof on my home. **** and his crew were courteous and worked efficiently to get the job done in one day - as promised. Not only was the job done in a timely manner, they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was cleaned up nicely.

      If it would let me leave no stars I would. They did a warranty roof replacement so we had no choice but to use their services. Not only did the roof fail inspection, but they are trying to use every excuse in the book to not cover items they installed improperly. When questioned about it, they reverted to the excuse that they did not know what was installed improperly (the failure report specifically says "drip edge not installed properly". or they point to items that have nothing to do with them that I am not raising. The biggest issue is they waited 2 1/2 months to do an inspection and then blamed the town (who came out in 24 hours upon notice) for not being available. It wasnt until I called the company that they scheduled an inspection. Buyer beware. You cannot get a word in edge wise with this guy, and when you finally do, all he will do is say its someone else's fault and he is waiting for someone to get back to him. How does a contractor not know how to read an inspection report, or when inspections are due? If he had made it right, I would not be posting this. Needless to say, I need to find a new contractor to replace my roof yet again. it will NOT be AWALT. I'll see them in court next.
