  Excellent service from start to finish, with superb communication throughout the process. The actual work (new roof) was outstanding. I'm very pleased with my experience with NexGen Roofing and definitely recommend them.

  I was referred to NexGen by a friend after my roof got hit by hail last spring. I worked with **** and he walked me through the process and explained how everything works. The crew showed up on time and did a great job on the roof and clean up.Everything went down as explained. I highly recommend NexGen Roofing to anyone who needs a roof replacement. These guys are honest and do good work!

  I would Highly warn all consumers not to work with Nexgen Solar Roofing. I went with this company on the strength of knowing a family member over 3 years. This was the worst decision I made. The person I dealt with would not give me a estimate of the work that needed to be done. He went off of the insurance companies estimate. So I never signed a contract or anything. He told me whatever the insurance company paid is what they would accept and now he is telling my I owe an additional $6700 but can't validate what the amounts are for. The workers failed to clean their mess including in my living room where my sky windows were. There was dust and debris everywhere on my table , couch and carpet along with tacks. The same in my driveway which punctured my tire. What a way to conduct business. He talked me into doing an appraisal stating we would both benefit but only he benefited an additional $7853.39 and want me to pay another $6723. The initial cost he said would be 18k to 22k. This is how our companies in the US treat Americans. And he ONLY gets 2 starts for the work done. Workers should have enough sense to clean after their work especially with nails and tacks on the ground.

  Thank you for your review. According to our signed contract, dated June 6th,2023, you agreed to have NexGen perform a roof and gutter replacement per the insurance scope of work. In this agreement, you authorized NexGen to work on your behalf to perform the repairs and communicate directly with the insurance company in case NexGen needed approval for change orders or additional items to complete the project to current building codes and manufacturer specifications. 
  We completed your roof and gutters soon after in June. NexGen replaced all components of your roof and installed according to local building code and manufacturer specifications; however, your insurance carrier denied the additional items needed to bring your roof to current code. After many attempts and many months of trying to resolve the issues with your carrier, you agreed to invoke your appraisal rights in October, 2023. 
  By utilizing the appraisal process, the appraisers agreed that the insurance company was obligated to cover the additional costs and the insurance company immediately paid the disputed funds for the additional services we provided.The way our contract is written, if the insurance doesn't cover code items or if you don't have a code upgrade endorsement, you could be responsible for paying for these additional items; however, by utilizing the appraisal process,we were able to get the insurance company to pay for the difference and saved you thousands of dollars. 
  When trying to collect the payment for additional work, we were deceived by you saying you had not received the additional funds. We immediately followed up with your insurance carrier and they provided proof all funds were approved,paid, and cleared into your bank account. Your adjuster even stated to "please send the contractor the funds for repairs" in her email response. All in all, throughout the whole process, you were only obligated to pay your deductible and did not pay any additional monies out of pocket.Ultimately, you benefited, just not in the way you were hoping. 
  Lastly, according to our records, as soon as we received word of your punctured tire and invoice, we immediately deducted the cost from the invoice to pay for the repair.

  I HIGHLY would NOT recommend ever working with NexGen Solar and Roofing especially ***********************. they are complete scammers and users. They took almost $18k from me with the promise of doing 4 tasks and only completed one task. They severely lack communication and will completely ghost you when you try and get them to hold up to their promises. They will purposely wait until you persistently contact them then they will make sure to pick a date that you CLEARLY said you werent available even though you had been waiting for the work to be done for WEEKS before that, then they will say we made every effort to reschedule with you. They are not a reliable or honest company and they cheat good people out of their hard earned money.

  Thank you for your review. Our records indicate NexGen was only contracted to perform the roof and roof sheathing replacement as part of a real estate transaction in 2022. Our roofing agreement was executed on 8/24/2022 to only replace the roof, which we completed on or around September 1st, 2022. We have no records indicating any other services were contracted by NexGen to perform and we completed the roof work in a timely fashion (within a week). Our representative, *****, provided recommendations to you for the other tasks you requested because those tasks were outside of NexGen's scope of work and services. As explained in our discussions over the phone, we stated we do not have any affiliation with these other companies you hired to perform the additional work and expressly indicated any issues with communication or scheduling should be addressed with them. We firmly believe your review is not a reflection of us, but rather the other companies you hired to perform the additional tasks. 

  We have been in business for over a decade and worked with thousands of homeowners and we take pride in the fact that we have honored every single contract we've executed, even if it means taking a loss.
