    I paid ******** for lawn mowing, lawn maintenance, weed control, and several other services. I received most services but did not receive Landscape Bed Weed Control services, or if they were done, they were not done as promised / satisfactorily. I tried to bring this up with the Office Manager ****, and she was extremely rude and hostile, first stating that I was not signed up for that service and I was only signed up for lawn weed control, only for her tune to change once I showed the invoices where I was charged for these services, in which case she stated that ******** did their job and that I should have complained earlier if I was not happy. The problem with that statement is that I did speak with ******** employees when they mowed my lawn and asked them to add weed services to my account not remembering that I was already signed up for weed services due to the weeds being so bad. I paid $1000 up front for services to be rendered, and they charged these services against my account either without doing the work, or doing such a poor job as to seem as if the service wasn't provided at all.Additionally, this business does a very poor job with information security, especially with regards to credit card information. Requesting that credit card numbers are left on their voicemail. There is no good way to get in touch with anyone in this business, the Office Manager **** stated directly that her phone does not accept incoming calls and only does outgoing calls, so trying to solve an issue with a credit card payment was almost impossible. On top of that, transactions this business attempts when it runs a credit card are often caught up by Fraud Services, and after speaking with my credit card company trying to resolve the most recent flag from this company, I was told their system is automatically flagging ******** transactions.

    The customer that filed this complaint, *****************************, doesn't have his timeline correct on the events of our business relationship.  He started this relationship with our company in May of 2022.  He prepaid for lawn care services for 1/2 of the season.  This included mowing, fertilization and weed control, sprinkler start up and weed control in the rock areas.  We were providing professional services until his credit (prepaid money) ran out.  My office manager made multiple attempts via emails and voicemails to have the client provide us with a current credit card so we can continue services for the end of the season.  His voicemail was constantly full.  His emails were never addressed by him.  He was instructed to leave his CC information with our office so we can provide a convenient way for him to allow us to continue services since he was difficult to get a hold of or have returned calls or emails.  After tirelessly trying to get this person to get a hold of us, he finally provided a CC for services due that we continued in good faith.  Once he became current on his account for those services, we cancelled his account due to the inconsistency displayed by this client.  We like to work well with our customers and have built a process here internally that when clients get behind and don't communicate, we reserve the right to not do business with them. This makes it very difficult for us to do our jobs.  Since we cancelled his account after initial money was spent and services were completed to that date, his weeds were not guaranteed anymore.  We never stole from this gentleman or did anything wrong or illegal.  

    In summary, he prepaid for 1/2 season of services and when the money ran out he never called or emailed us back after multiple attempts.   The money that was prepaid was tied to services successfully completed.  The future issues he is complaining about are not guaranteed because he never paid for services or provided a timely response where we felt comfortable doing business with this gentleman.
