This is the second time we have used this company. We ordered a spare battery for a trip we are about to take. Both of our experiences have been great. **** even took the time to answer questions about the device we purchased years ago. His knowledge kept us from digging the book out and reading it. It's always nicer to have questions answered by the professionals instead of wasting our time trying to read it and be one. **** was a pleasure to work with and without a doubt, if we ever need anything that they have, we will be ordering it from them.
