1 starLike several others I found out they dont really stand behind the equipment they sell. I purchased a concentrator for my wife which they said was top of the line. We began having problems with it early in the warranty period so I called to see about a replacement. They said it would have to be sent back to the manufacturer and we would have to pay $95 for the shipping. When I expressed concern about paying that when it was still under warranty, they offered to upsell me and give me a discount on a really good unit. I told them no thanks, I wasnt buying anything else from them - the one I bought was supposedly top of the line and now they wanted me to trust them and spend another $3000. Apparently they are unable to say how long it will take for repairs, so I asked what do we do meanwhile if I ship it back for service? Can they provide a loaner or just send me a replacement? They said they would rent me a replacement but I would have to pay shipping for it also. We ended up shipping back to the manufacturer for service and paying the shipping costs. The amounts of money we are talking about are not large, but the idea that once they sell us a unit they no longer care about us or own any responsibility for the recommendations they make was concerning. They are all sweetness and light while they are selling, but once something goes wrong you are on your own, or worse they take advantage of it, came across very clearly. Ill never purchase anything else from them. P.S. There was no follow up from them on the repair during or after.Review fromWebdy J

I dealt with Mr *********************** who was incredibly knowledgeable of the products. He dealt with me quite openly with honesty. All the information I needed was forwarded to me immediately Forest was not pushy or aggressive and gave me time to make my decision.
