My ******** Advantage plan rejected my supplemental claim for an oxygen concentrator citing 1st Class Medical was not certified by ********. I spent more than an hour on the phone with 1CM trying to determine if that was true and got conflicting information. One stating 1CM was not certified but their parent company was. Never got the name of the 'parent company'. Another never really answering the question. Got passed off to three different representatives with not one giving me the information necessary to file a ******** dispute regarding the rejected claim.Sales rep that I delt with never mentioned not being certified (subject did not come up as I did not know about certification) so now I get to pay for 100% of the cost of the concentrator out of pocket. If 1CM has been in business for 40 years they should know that certification for DME claims to ******** requires certification. 1CM certification rating (or lack thereof) should be clearly stated during sales calls and on their website.

Bought ***** from them paid almost **** lasted 2 Years they couldnt fix it when it failed even though under warranty,Then refused to send it back until I paid them shipping1st Class Medical LLC

1 starI bought a free style concentrator, which has a three year warranty. I called and explained the problems. (3)I was told they would send a loaner for$300.00 plus Id have to pay postage. This was not what the sales person told me. At the time of purchase. Im am very disappointed, with this considering the cost of the unit. 1 starI bought an arya Concentrator 6 months ago, it's been broke twice the Last time. They've had it for a month and a 1/2. I've called, they said. My machines in repair well. I bought it machines because I need oxygen. And I haven't been able to hardly use it. They're messing with my lifestyle with my breathing. I asked for my money back, they said no.That machine cost me a lot of money. And to be broke 2 times is unacceptable. I bought it so if the power goes out. I would have a back up. I think they are scamming me.They sold me a junk machine. I am 83 years old on a Fixed income, my insurance did not pay for this machine. I am calling elder abuse.Review fromSylvain S.

5 starsAfter purchasing an Inogen one G5 Oxygen concentrator from 1st Class Medical I had the misfortune to deal with a defective unit. Since I had a life time warranty for this unit, the company replaced it by sending a new unit at my door. The replacement process was quick and seamless and the staff (ie. ********************** and *****) extremely knowledgeable, courteous and responsive to my problem. They exceeded my expectations and I would always recommend this company to a friend.Review fromAnna W

1 starI bought a portable oxygen concentrator from 1st Class Medical LLC. on line. After 4 mo. it quit working. It has a 2 year warrenty. I called them. There solution was for me to send the concentrator back to them for repair, which would take up to a month to fix it and get it back to me. What should my husband do in the mean time? Plus it would cost me postage of $99. to send it back to them. Also I pay $107. a month for it. I very much regret buying this concentrator. That is not what a warrenty is.Review fromPamela E

5 stars**** was great! I thought there was an issue with FAA requirements, but as it turned out, my unit is completely compatible. It just took a while to find the teeny tiny 3 pt type notification and airplane the size of a gnat on the back label. **** stayed with me the entire time and was very patient. He was pretty certain it was compatible and sure enough IT IS!!! I can now go on my trip back east stress-free! Thank you. ****!!! I appreciate your help and patience!Review fromMichael B

5 starsIt is lighter than my older one it just needs more settings mine had half for this one has one two or three and seems to be going through the battery pretty quick but I just received it so I'm still playing with it *********************** was very helpful on the equipment and helping me get a new machine I hope I have better luck with this one I've only had it for a half hour so let's pray thank you ****Review fromMary P
