      ****, at first class medical was a first class salesman. He helped me choose the right portable oxygen concentrator for my mother.       Not enough oxygen 2 weeks later I ordered a concentrator for my mother to travel and the respirator specialist Forest calculated the amount of batteries I would need for my travel time that the airline requires. He then sent me a quote for the unit package and what it comes with;Oxlife Liberty 2 Portable Oxygen Concentrator Package Includes:- Oxlife Liberty 2 Portable Oxygen Concentrator - Rechargeable Battery - AC Power Supply - DC Power Supply - Custom Carrying Case - Shoulder Strap - Handle Strap - Tubing - Manual - 3yr Warranty then I was charged for another 3 batteries which would give me the battery life I would need for my trip. I was short one battery After several attempts to contact ****** I finally got through he was rude and wanted to sell me another battery after spending over $3,000. He said the unit did not come with a battery I thought that was strange based on my email. As a specialist ****** knows the battery life needed to travel a certain distance, why would I spend that much money and still not be able to have enough battery life to complete my trip. Still waiting on a call back from the C.O.O (******) thats all Forest would give me. TWO WEEKS INTO THIS ORDEAL!

      Sent oxygen concentrator for repair under warranty. Still had to pay over $300 toward work, kept unit excessive time (mid-Oct 23 to Feb 20, 24), then sent different unit, 1st claiming not so. Sent pics I had taken then claimed mine cracked so "replaced case". Then tried to explain why machine sent back had over 100 more hrs than mine. Said not unusual in testing. Invoice in returned pkg says 18 hrs used. Total ripoff. Don't believe any thing they say, just want to sell, called several times while waiting and all they want to do is sell u a new machine. By the way, they said they don't fix, always sent to manufactor so have no control over how long it takes. This machine is vital piece of medical equipment, keeping me breathing. Company not concerned about that, no efficiency, care, or honesty with these folks.
