      Trying to help my mom with purchasing a new machine so I took information off sticker on old machine and called. BIG MISTAKE. 1. Ordered machine, 2 weeks later malfunction.2. Sent machine back for warranty and Waited.3. Called back in a week and they say they are unable to contact warranty center.4. Called back and same reason no one will answer phone.5. Asked them to send me another unit which they did but only the controller.6. Company said I wasnt suppose to send everything back for warranty which is ridiculous since you cant diagnose without battery and charger.7. Called my credit card company to dispute the purchase, said they cant help for poor service. 8. Told my mom to purchase another machine locally and she found a caring life saving company.9. Going on 5 months for them to find a charger for the concentrator (to funny to believe) and have No faith in ever seeing it.10. If you want to laugh and cry try this company

      Although I had nothing but high praise for 1st Class Medical when I bought my concentrator, I can say that when it comes to follow up on a warranty issue, they have been less than helpful. I turned my concentrator in for warranty work as it was not functioning properly after less than a year in service. This was in July. Now in October there is no word on an expectation of repair and return. After numerous calls in to them for assistance as I cannot leave the house because of lack of my portable concentrator, they finally sent me a alternate machine that lasts less than an hour for me from a full charge. I am growing more frustrated by the day. Are you basically telling me without telling me that my purchase was important to you, but the follow up as a customer is not?

      I bought a Arya portable air though them they quoted me a price then charge me for shipping to me plus - hounded filing fee to ******** , which they never told me so when I received it , I sent it back told them I didnt want it and finally called them and ask them where the rest of my money 500 dollars , they told me I sign paper knowing that they charge a restocking fee plus shipping fee plus something else if you buy from them be careful

      Dont trust this First Class Medical we order oxygen worth **** for my husband and its not working good so we return it and They dont tell us that shipping it back its our cost of 90$ and they ship the second machine it took them 3 weeks to send it to us and when we received the machine its smell bad not brand new maybe someone return it back to them and thats the one they give to us and again the machine not working good my husband has a shortness of breath we travel to LA he doesnt work then we try to call them to return it they say we cant return because its past 30 days they count the days on the first machine we order and took them 3 weeks to send the second machine thats not right they rip the people off . If anybody doing a lawsuit about this company let us know we are happy to sign up.

      I want to thank 1st Class Medical and *************************** for helping me resolve a serious problem with my Inogen Portable Concentrator. I have had COPD for more than twelve years and I have never had such excellent customer service and customer care as I received from ************************** and ******. ******** willingness to hear my issues and then offering multiple suggestions to meet my needs was exactly what I needed. In the world of today, customer service can be hard to find but not at 1st Class Medical. Thank you 1st Class Medical and ******************, thanks to your help I am a very satisfied customer.

      As I see others have also experienced, the sales rep who recently sold me a used portable oxygen concentrator, the cost of which he said was reduced, and told me I could return it if it didn't work well for me. Though he told me I could return it if it didn't work for me, he never said a word about a fee for returning it! It was heavy and loud, so I returned it within a week or so after I received it. And, I never even heard back from them that it had been received, so I called today (8/4) and was told it had been received, and I found out the credit back to my card was nearly $600 less than the original cost I had paid!! The guy I spoke with said they had a company policy of a cost of 25% of the price when it was returned. I talked with at least 2 people as I was returning it, but neither they nor the sales rep said any word about that!! I see in other complaints that this has happened more than once, so the company really needs to work on it. If a full refund could be obtained, that would be appropriate and very helpful, since I have no just now, especially having to use oxygen so much. Thank you for any help you can provide.

      Purchased a SimplyGo from 1st Class Medical. The machine needed service after it was out of warranty. Very few hours on the **** 1st Class Medical showed no class and refused to help with repairs which I was happy to pay for. They said after warranty I was on my own, and they could not be of no assistance. So when a company has that kind of attitude I suggest you talk to their competitors.

      We ordered a Devilbiss 5L concentrator on July 7 2022. The sales rep stated nothing about a no-return policy, and the web site says five days or 30 days with restocking fee. The receipt we were sent states that there are no returns allowed at all for home units, which was ***not disclosed by the rep***. THIS STATEMENT ON THE RECEIPT CONTRADICTS THE POLICY STATED ON THE WEBSITE AND IS ONLY DISCLOSED AFTER THE ***** While I ordered this machine for a friend in **********, but now I know that they are located down the street from where I live. To top it off, the $5 humidifier bottle was broken and they did not offer to even replace that.

      I have had nothing but pro lems with first class medical i got anew battery only kept my machine running for 1 hour 20 minutes found out while walking through ******* all of a sudden it shuts down so I called for replacement battery and sent the other back now I ordered sieves first I was told they would have to order them could take a week or up to a month so I said ok I will call elsewhere I was told I have 2 here ok I want them 9 days later still waiting for them I don't recommend anyone order anything from them

      This company has continued to lie to its clients and send out nonworking refurbished units claiming they are new. They have legal protection and cannot be sued unless someone brings a federal class action suit by the thousands of people that have been ripped off by first class medical.
