5 starsI was in need of a portable oxygen converter to gain more freedom of movement after a 2 week hospitalization for heart and lung issues and recovery. For ******** to pay for the needed device I would have had to wait 3 months. To assure I received one without the long wait I searched the internet for a good machine at a reasonable price. I settled on LPT {now 1st Class Medical). Upon calling them, I was referred to ****** (last name omitted due to the rules of the comments accepted by the company assembling the comments for presentation). He is a respiratory specialist and was quickly able to match my needs with a unit for which there was an ongoing sales promotion. At first he was more high pressured in his approach than I really cared for, but after discussing my concerns he became a good representative with whom to deal. Since I needed my doctor's ********** to start using the proposed O2 converter (this delayed the purchase for about a week). ****** worked closely with that doctor's ****** to obtain the necessary prescription. During that period, ****** and !st Class Medical accepted a small deposit to reserve the item at the promotion price (refundable if the unit was not acceptable to the doctor). Once approved ****** assured I understood all the specifications for the unit and with my total payment, he quickly shipped ****** converter to me which I now use only weeks -not months- after I first contacted ******.. ****** has been a great resource for guiding me through the purchasing process and familiarizing me with the portable O2 converter I selected. ****** is a caring and highly knowledgeable representative and 1st Class Medical is a customer oriented company that I highly recommend to anyone needing an O2 converter. The worst company I've ever had had to deal with. Bought a free style caire oxygen concentrator 2 years this April. In January it stopped working. It took 2 weeks to get a return authorization. Sent it back they received Jan. 23 got it back the beginning of April. It lasted about 3 weeks now it won't turn on. For approximately 10 days I've been trying to get another return authorization with no luck. These things are not cheap. I call customer service and all I get is the run a round. I think they are taking advantage of old people. I need this thing. I've asked who's in charge of the company and they won't give any names. So 1st class medical has no customer service. I would not buy anything from them. Especially caire or Arya I believe they are the same company.

5 starsI cant say enough good things about 1st Class Medical, and **** in particular. I have purchased four concentrators and have had the pleasure of working with **** each time. Only once have I had an issue with a concentrator and it was one of those would never happen in 100 years situations, but **** came through for me. ***************** helped me with the Simply Go that I purchased. *** was amazing and extremely helpful. Im thankful she helped me. Im still waiting for the back ordered external battery charger and hope it is in soon. I am also waiting for the plug in portion of the 2nd AC adapter I bought. I hope to receive it very soon. I would leave 5 stars, but Im waiting for the plug portion of one AC adapter and the external battery charger1st Class Medical LLC

1 starWe bought it Arya P5 oxygen concentrator it did not put air out. So I called them and they said they would exchange it for an enagen ***. So I paid them $190 to get a 16 shell battery with it and we sent the other one back then I got my credit card bill and they charge $250. They said where we charge the battery, but it wont do the warranty on the battery, and they never would give me credit. I talk to you about a dozen different people thats just another way to get more money for their machines I would not buy from these people again and would not recommend them to nobody.Review fromAndrea D

5 stars1st Class Medical came through for our family by not only producing the impossible-to-find portable O2 converter that we needed for our 93-year-old father but facilitating both the Rx and the overnight delivery... FAST! *****, the sales rep, was knowledgeable, patient, and resourceful going well beyond the call of duty to insure an overnight delivery of the much-needed machine.
