5 stars******* was beyond helpful. He did not hound me. He gave me time to understand the differences between the machines and what would best suit my fathers needs. I have had a bad experience with this company, I just wanted to make a purchase for a portable oxygen machine. One would think this would be simple, right?? On Friday, Aug 16 2024 morning I purchased a portable oxygen machine from 1st class medical, I got a invoice emailed to me later on that day but no tracking # for this important needed medical equipment. $2, ****** paid via credit cards To make a long story short, several calls later including customer service requesting tracking for my high medically needed purchase only to find out that 1ST CLASS MEDICAL did not even have in stock my purchase. I actually cried, this was awful to hear devastated being told I had to wait til Monday to deal with this!They did not know when my portable machine will arrive to ship, maybe in a few days. NOT OKAY, so here I go again, please credit my credit cards immediately and I will take my business elsewhere. Back to ********* and everything all over again!Now I have another problem, They have failed to credit my account said it will take 7 days and there is not enough credit available to buy two oxygen concentrators so basically. NO MACHINE PLUS OVER AND ABOVE THEY NOW HOLDING MY NEEDED MONEY HOSTAGE I AM VERY ANGRY THAT CREDITING ME BACK TAKES THIS LONG WHEN THIS IS ERROR ON THEIR PART< NOT MINE I THINK ALL THEIR STAFF should be forced to stay home unable to leave and have medical need while someone takes their money to fix the problem and hold it hostage while do whatever that is delaying money being returned.I HAD TO BEG FOR CONFIRMATION OF Cancelling as well! THEY DO NOT CARE AND BBB APPROVED TOO? SCAREY STUFF! anyone buying from them, better ask if they actually have in stock ready to go what you are purchasing!I THOUGHT IT WAS ILLEGAL TO CHARGE A CREDIT CARD IF YOU CAN"T SHIP THE PURCHASE!BEWARE1st Class Medical LLC
