      Poor customer service and inaccurate description about their services. Photos and description of the swimming environment was opposite from the experiences we faced (sharing a building with a fitness center - so cold water and no place for parents to watch). We canceled our services halfway through the month and they refused to refund money even though we didnt go to 2 of the 4 sessions. Our new swimming location is better and has actual customer service that helps us. I would not recommend this place because they do not care about you.
