The lady that owns the shop has been hostile. She let me by there before. I went in, she asked if I had my id, I don't because someone stole all my identification. I told her she let me buy before. Then she proceeded to make jokes about stealing my bank card and then said she needed to steal my signature. It's not a joke. If you're a business owner act like a respectable one.She seems so nervous. Like she's the one that needs to hide something all of a sudden.

Hello *****, we are sorry that you had a bad experience at one of our locations. First and foremost, the owner of the nine Vapor Source locations is a male, his name is *****. The person you encountered is a young employee. It is Vapor Source policy that every customer shows their ID because we are mandated to do so to ensure we are not selling to anyone under the legal age of 21. In addition, it is policy to ID anyone using a credit card to ensure the rightful owner is using it. Because our sales associate recognized you, she still allowed you to purchase items, even though you did not have an ID, so she really did you a favor by not refusing to sell to you. We are sorry her quirkiness upset you, she always asks to steal a signature instead of saying she needs to get one. We will politely ask her to be more professional. Thank you for your patronage.

Vapor Source ****************************************** ***** Went in today for disposables. Employees act like youre buying MMJ and its a heavily regulated product. This is nicotine were talking about. Employee checked my ID 3 times, told me I couldnt purchase without giving a phone number, which is actually a privacy violation, but says its for *** and tracking purchases. No *** regulations were listed inside the facility stating this. Only 2 of my products were initially brought to the counter, so I had to wait while she got the others. Limited supply and tons of excuses. As Im leaving after purchasing $120+ in products, Im literally screamed at that its legally required I take a receipt and they have to hand it to me. Over Nicotine?! What a joke. Continued screaming as I walked out. I should have called the cops for harassment and violating privacy standards but ********* is busy enough. S***** location and building is trashy. Ive been to multiple locations including this one and will never be back. Will be reporting to the *** since they listed that as the reason for each of these oddities. Also, not accredited with the BBB. Dont waste your time or money here when there are so many better options in the front range

Hello, this is Vapor Source and thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review of your experience at ************************************************. After reading the submitted review, we took a look into your interaction within our place of business, via our camera system. Nicotine is a highly regulated product and it is in fact almost treated like Medical Marijuana. To that fact, we take it seriously because we love what we do and it is not our intention to act outside of those regulations, so we can continue to conduct business legally and efficiently. When entering a 21+ establishment where nicotine products are sold, such as a Vapor Source location, identification to ensure patrons entering our establishments are at least 21 years of age or older must take place, this is not only a *** policy, it is a ***************** mandated policy. After reviewing the camera footage of your interaction, that did take place when you first entered. Yes, you were asked a 2nd time to verify the credit/debit card you were using belonged to you. A 3rd request of your identification did not take place. Checking ID's to match a debit or credit card has been one of our policies for a very long time. This is to verify the validity of the card holder. The reason we do this is to ensure the card isn't being used outside of the owner's permission. We also create customer accounts for tracking purposes. The tracking includes; warranties, a phone number for recalls or if someone happens to leave their belongings, tracking birthdays for the *** (Food and ******************** and ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms) and to verify all of our clients are 21 years of age or older. The *** and ATF can inspect our Point of Sale system at any time and it is our legal obligation to provide the information upon request. These entities do conduct regular inspections at our locations; and/or they have the option to investigate someone potentially distributing tobacco products to minors, which within our community, is heavily frowned upon. All of the information we collect is not sold or given to anyone. A request for your account information takes place with every purchase, otherwise a transaction cannot, and will not take place, through the point of sale system we use. With that being said, there are no records of you ever visiting any of our locations, unless you used someone else's account at the time. Our records indicate this was your very first purchase. It is also within our policies to hand our customers a receipt whenever an electronic device and/or batteries are purchased. The reason for this is because we have a disclaimer printed at the bottom of the receipt that reads "Vapor Source isn't liable for any damages the batteries or electronic devices may cause." We apologize for the inconvenience.
