    **************** called to start a residential account at his location. We delivered a trash tote to him, but the service was not paid for, so we removed the trash tote. **************** then called for a refund, which was not given because a payment was never made due to his credit card being declined. When he was told this, he started using foul language with our customer service representatives and told us he was going to leave bad reviews for our company and also threatened a lawsuit.

    They raise their prices three times in the last year so I decided to cancel them. I canceled them in December as of January 10. They refused to answer my calls and will not come pick up their tote.

    We are very sorry to lose your business. We are facing high rates of inflation as well as numerous government mandated expenses that have made it necessary to raise our prices for the first time in over a year. We are also implementing new software to include a customer portal and are experiencing high call volume related to that. Your toter is scheduled for removal next week.

    This waste removal service is not worth the money. I have had to call too many times for their drivers blatantly passing my house with the cans out, and then the customer service reps claiming the cans weren't out. I bought a second home and wanted to add a service address. Not only did they charge me for a total of 4 totes, they only delivered 1 to the new address. The icing on the cake, I found another trash service and canceled with C and C. For both properties. They picked up the can at one address, but not the other and are now refunding me less money because I hadn't returned my cans in time. They're liars! They're not worth it. This is a company that doesn't care about its customers, nor does it care that they follow through with their promises. And it doesn't matter if it costs you money.

    So my trash has to be to the curb by 6am, if you decide to show up before your normal time and my trash isn't out that's my problem. When my trash is out by 6 am and you don't show up at all, that also is my problem C&C disposal, do better

    I would first off like to say that I am more disappointed with the decline in customer service than I am with the lack of picking up my trash. I have been a customer of C&C for the past FIFTEEN YEARS! Throughout that time there have been some weeks that my trash would not be picked up but I would call and they would send someone out stating that they were just short handed and apologized for the inconvenience. Six years ago I moved into a new house only a few blocks away from my old home, we had for the most part been content with the service so decided to stay with C&C. We began a family business that increased the amount of trash we would have so we moved from a trash bin to a small dumpster, everything was great until about 6 months ago. Our trash started NOT getting picked up more than it was getting picked up. Every time I called there were more and more excuses. Over the past month our trash had not been picked up three out of the four weeks. The excuse I was given was the truck could not get to the dumpster. The same dumpster that had been in the same location for the past 1 1/2 years NEXT TO AN EMPTY LOT that the driver had always circled through to collect my trash. I submitted my request to cancel my service and not once did anyone mention to me or contact me to tell me that I would be receiving a $429.69 bill due immediately. I was told that I would receive a credit on my account for the inconvenience of my trash not being picked up, those were never applied.

    This company is scandalous! They charge 25% more than most other services in town. They tell you one thing then charge you additionally for the very same service. They don't pick up their equipment so they can charge 8x more. There is no viable customer service in this company. Ask for an explanation, I got "I can only assume..., ask their name they hang up, ask to speak to management they hang up. I had to tie up every one of their incoming lines to speak to management! The A rating is ****, check out the reviews here and on ****** and you will find they rarely get above a 1 star review. Do business with these guys and you will pay and pay and pay again. I would file a complaint but if I do this review will not be seen per the customer review submission terms????

    The folks over at C and C do not care how you feel. I was told that ***** picked up my bin. Now they are having problems on replacing bins. They have a shortage. I was told on Friday I would have one by Monday the 1st. I called today to hear that it could take weeks. I wish my first correspondence woud have been honest. The gal told me what I wanted to hear just to shut me up and move me down the line. In reality they have a shortage of bins and it might be weeks. I'm going to cancel my relationship with C and C to maybe a company that will tell the truth. I found my communication with first interaction was poor and what leads me to this position. I'm so thankful that, the person that had my services cut off and my bin picked up . Then continued to pander with the wrong information.     ****************,Your **** was due on 6/1/22 and you failed to pay it. It is our policy to provide a 30-day grace ****** for late payments. A reminder notice was sent out on 7/15/22. You failed to make payment until 7/29/22 after your service was closed for nonpayment. We do not have a toter shortage. We have a worker shortage which is prevalent throughout our community and state. Your tote delivery is scheduled for 8/8/22, which was the next available date. This is 10 days after your payment, not weeks. I will reach out by phone to confirm your cancellation as you stated in this review.

    I have had several issues with getting my trashed picked up. Every week it is with a different excuse. I have had to trap critters due to the fact that my trash over flows because they do not pick it up. I have called and get excuse after excuse. Tried calling today which ia my normal trash day and noone is answering the phones. I do not know why I have continued to stay with them. Have been with them over 5 years. Will be looking else where. I even called them yesterday to remind them nlt to forget us again. I am just mindblown that this company does not care.

    This week we were running behind on our pick up and the trash day was delayed one day, which is the route that the customer is on. The last note I have noted on the account states that last week on 06/23/22 the trash was not out when the driver went by at 12:08 p.m. and for the first two weeks in June the service was interrupted for non payment. The account was due 05/01/22, after a month of non payment the account is on stop service. The account was resumed on 06/13/22 when the payment was made.
