    Ive made two purchases with Nisstec. The first purchase was a couple years ago and was great. My second purchase was October 2022. A month after the purchase I had not received my car parts, so I called them. I was informed the parts were on back order indefinitely. I asked to cancel my order. A month after that I had still not received my refund. Ive made multiple calls and emails to their company with no response or resolution. Through a *************** I am aware of at least 15 other people in the same situation. Currently it has been 6 months that I have not received either the part I purchased nor the refund I requested.I highly recommend against shopping with them till they get things figured out. No one seems to know why their business has gone down the hole.

    I placed an order with Nisstec Lifts on 10/18/2022, order # NT10905 and paid them upfront total dollar amount being $1088.68. They gave me a lead time of 6-10weeks for the order to ship which i was ok with and fully understand if it takes a little longer. What I'm not ok with is It's now almost 5 months later and i still don't have my order and I can't get a hold of anyone to either give me the status on my order or issue a refund if the order will not ship. since the *** date has past I've been follwoing up with multiple emails (spanning across a couple months to give them a chance to get back to me) and have called the company directly and left a VM because no one picked up and still have not gotten any responses.

    On 9/14/2022 I ordered a lift kit from Nisstec, I was told it would be in sometime at the end of November, now its March 11th of 2023 and I even cant get a email or a phone call returned. The Nature of the dispute is simple, we didn't receive what we paid for. I'm not sure if the company is willing to cooperate or not since they don't respond to our efforts to contact them. At this point they may be out of business, hard to say.I don't want to cause these people anymore problems than they already have, I just want the product or my CC refunded.     Placed order for $1580 2 weeks ago, havent received any communication after attempting contact multiple times including voicemails, emails, social media messages and social media posts. Ive called daily and emailed daily. Demand immediate refund or will be seeking lawsuit for total amount plus.

    Paid for a product in Oct and business does not return emails or phone calls and cannot provide the product. I would like either the product purchased or the ******* back with no fees.

    I purchased a lift kit for my vehicle from this company on AUG 31st 2022 and have yet to receive it despite numerous attempts at contacting this company. I would like to receive the items that i payed for.

    Regarding order AB 5859I returned the item (which they acknowledged) but have now waited close to 3 months for the refund. I contacted the business via email several times but only received excuses. I want my refund asap!
