I cant say enough good things about Vail Skin Philosophy. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. You can tell they really care about your skin and your overall confidencenot just selling a product. The treatments are next level, and Ive genuinely seen a transformation in my skin. Its glowing, clear, and more radiant than its been in a long time. *** also been using their products consistently and wow. Game-changer. Everything feels luxurious but also effectiveyou see results, not just fancy packaging.I honestly feel like I got my mojo back. That inner glow is matching my outer one now, and it feels amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to invest in themselves and walk out feeling refreshed, confident, and empowered.

I experienced high pressure sales from this company and feel I was lied to and misled. I was told multiple times that I could return my product for a refund, but unfortunately the fine print at the bottom of the receipt said no refunds only exchange. Not only did the sales person lie that I could return my product for a refund, the salesperson had me sign the receipt (with the no refund policy on it) while I was getting the "free" promotional facial. Of course, when I tried to return the product the next day as it caused a skin rash, I became aware of the store's no refund policy. I am more than disappointed in this store's misrepresentations and high pressured, deceptive practices.
