    This is horrible company to deal with. I bought a house with their 50 year transferable warranty. Within six months of their work, doors wouldn't close, cracks formed in the walls, bathroom tile started cracking and the brick started separating. I called the company and someone came out and said I was right to call. They schedule an appt (I was told I have to be home when they arrive. This is important later). They cam and spent two hours ripping drywall out of the finished basement. They then said they'd be back to finish. That was last June. Between then and Sept they made about 30 appointments, all of which I have to be here, but I ** showed for five. Never called or let me know coating me money and time thru lost wages and making arrangements to be home. Each time they came, they just ripped out more drywall leaving dust everywhere and on expensive items. I called May 2022 and it's now Feb 2023 w no resolution or attempt on their behalf to honor their warranty. Now I have to find drywall repair, bathroom tile repair, brick repair and a ********* for the doors and walls. I have a found a lawyer. So far estimated damages caused by them is around $40k and growing and the structural issues still need to be resolved. Worst experience w a company ever. Beware. They would not provide their insurance information or any information when asked.
