I would highly recommend that consumers avoid using this business. My Bosch dishwasher broke down towards the end of August, 2023. I called Mr. ********************** and they were prompt with sending a technician out to evaluate the problem. The technician diagnosed a bad pump as I recall. He said that it would need to be ordered, and charged me just over $631.00. Everything is expensive these days, and o paid the money. This was on 8/29/23. I ended up calling the company to find out Id the part had come in, as it had been over a week. They confirmed the part was in, and the same technician came out on 9/7/23. He came out, started work, and apologized as he discovered that he had not checked a switch on the first visit. And the switch would also need to be ordered. I was unhappy with this, but mistakes happen. The technician said he thought the part would only take a day or two to come in. I didnt hear from them, and contacted them on 9/11/23 to see what was happening with my repair. They said the part was due in a couple of days:. An appointment was set for 9/15/23. A different technician was dispatched for this call. He inquired as to what was wrong with the dishwasher as the notes left by the first technician didnt really say. This technician was here for over two and a half hours. He asked me if the first Technician had done the things he was doing, ie, pulling the dishwasher out, and flipping the breaker. I told him that I didnt see him do either thing. He stated there was a problem with the electrical system of the house, and the machine wasnt receiving enough amperage to run correctly, the technician also stated that he had neglected to check a different part of the machine, and it would need to be ordered, and it cost $150. I refused to have the part ordered. I requested that the technician contact his employer, and have them contact me by 9/28/23 with their resolution to this problem. To date, they have not contacted me. Im done.
