      Order was placed on May 21, 2024. I have never received the order as they just canceled it without refunding us. Attempts to get a refund have been unsuccessful.This company is stealing money; they waited long enough to cancel the order so it cant be disputed via ****** or my credit card because now Im outside of the dispute windows. Weve contacted them multiple times and they have refused to refund the money. Not even sure if this product exists. Seems like a scam.

      We apologize for the inconveniences you have faced in getting a refund. We have attempted to issue a refund multiple times via ****** but received an error with each attempt. You received an order cancellation notification at the end of September, at which time we also attempted to issue a refund. This timeline allowed ample time to dispute the charge with ****** as the 180-day mark falls on November 17, 2024. Given that the window is now expired, we will have to explore alternative means to issue your refund.       I placed an order on May 11, 2024 and was charged $68.38 by Dechoker ********** for an item that I never received. I reached out to the company on May 28, 2024 regarding the shipment timing and received this message: "Due to overwhelming demand ship times are currently running longer than normal, as thousands of orders are continuing to ship daily M-F. Unfortunately, if you have not received the shipment confirmation email, the shipping department has not got to your order for processing. Right now, they are shipping products in order by how the orders were placed. It is estimated that orders from May 9th are next in the queue to ship out. Due to the delay, we understand if you wish to cancel your order altogether." I indicated I would wait and still wished to receive the item. On September 25 I received notification that the order was cancelled. I reached out asking for a refund and was promised the customer service team was expediting it, but I still have not received a refund as of December 10, 2024.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. While I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, I do think it is unacceptable that I had to reach out to the Better Business Bureau in order for you to take action and send me a refund. I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve between me and the company itself before I had to get the BBB involved.

      I place an order on 5/19/2024. I have not received my product or at the very least a shipping notification as of today 8/26/2024. I sent an inquiry to the company as to the status of my order on 7/16/2024 and never recieved a response.

      Ordered on May 18th waited patiently until June 9th was told it's on back order and needed time to ship out or to ask for refund. Gave them to Aug 3rd. Still nothing so proceed with the cancel and refund option but have not heads anything back and it's now Aug 23rd.

      I ordered from Dechoker on **** on May 24, 2024. Money was taken from my account and shows as paid, but the order still has not been shipped. I attempted contact through **** several times, and was only answered after I opened a claim with ****, and at that time, they told me that orders from May 9 were shipping out that week. The open request to **** was automatically closed and I cannot open another one. I also sent one email on 7/13/24 and did receive a response on 7/14/24. They were having supply chain issues. At that time, I asked for the product to still be sent. I have contacted Dechoker through **** again and asked for the item to be shipped now, or I want a refund. Again, I have received no response. Early morning 8/17/24.I have also made two ******** posts tagging the company, and I left feedback on the **** listing. They said in the email that they are having supply chain issues, however, the item has been listed for sale again at least twice on **** that Im aware of. They had marked it as sold out, but are now allowing orders again, yet not fulfilling the orders they already have. This doesnt make sense to me. My last communication to the company (on ****) asked for a refund. It has, as of this complaint, gone unanswered yet again. Ultimately at this point, the ideal would be to receive the product AND a refund considering Ive had a headache for nearly 3 months due to this company, but I will definitely accept a full refund. I have included screenshots of all correspondence.

      We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion surrounding our **** listings. I have been able to confirm that what you said was true-that the listing is still allowing orders (at least from a view of the page). On our seller account, it is showing that all of our listings are marked as inactive, so we are currently looking into this to resolve this issue. Currently, we are still out of stock and unable to fulfill the order. I have initiated a refund in ****. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and errors on our part in this.

      Ordered a Dechoker from Dechoker.com on 5/19/2024, was charged then, but have received no additional information on shipping and have not received the product. I have also emailed the contact us email provided on their site and have not received any kind of response.
