I placed a order on 05/21/2024 for 3 devices for a total of ***** , I have emailed the company 5 times to get a full refund with 1 email being sent back saying they were behind on orders , after they sent that email they have not responded to any more of my emails , the customer service phone number just picks up and says goodbye , this is the worst company I have ever dealt with!Business Response

During the month of April 2024 I ordered multiple pieces of Dechoker items to disperse se to family members. Up receiving my items I was missing 2 items. I contacted the company and followed their steps to remedy the issue. Upon fulfilling my end I have received multiple run around emails and as of June 22,2024 they have failed to return my money or provide me the products I paid for. They have told me they had shipping issues then immediately said they were awaiting *** approval then quit communicating.Business Response

We understand the frustration of not having received the refund yet and apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We have attempted to issue a refund multiple times since July 19. However, we have received an error with each attempt. I have also attempted to issue a refund today (8/7/24) and received an error saying that the items could not be refunded. Since we are unable to issue the refund through our portal, we ask that you submit a chargeback request for the missing items through PayPal. When it comes through on our side, we will approve it as soon as we see it. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have this resolved ASAP.

Ordered the Dechoker almost 2 months ago money was taken from my account but never received product. Have emailed the company 4 times and they have stopped responding to me. At this point I want a full refund. Order number is ***********Customer Answer

My administrative assistant ordered two of the "Dechoker" items on 4/18/2024. After checking back in with her last week we had not received the items. I had her reach out to the company and their response was that they have not received *** approval so they could not ship the items until their approval was received. Dechoker charged the company credit card even though there were no intentions to ship the item. Charging for an item that cannot be shipped and not being willing to provide a refund upon request is theft.In addition, the message on the order confirmation says "We're getting your order ready to be shipped." is a flat out lie. The customer service department said in order to get our money back prior to *** approval, I would need to request a charge back on my credit card, which will be extra work added unnecessarily.Business Response

We apologize for the inconvenience you received with your order. However, it appears that the order you uploaded ************) was cancelled and refunded on April 21. I did note upon receipt of this complaint that there is a second order placed at the same time ************). I have refunded that order.
To clarify the misunderstanding regarding the **** all orders placed prior to May 22, 2024 were placed in our queue for shipping because until that time, we were manufacturing and fulfilling our orders. It was not until May 21 that we were notified of the classification change of our device and of the ***** need to review our product for consumer safety prior to issuing an approval to continue selling. There was no malintent and Dechoker has always strived for high standards of quality and ethics in our relationships with our customers and business partners.

I placed an order for dechoker on 4/8/24. Its now 4/16/24. I have not received any email saying it had shipped. I emailed customer service and did not get a response. The number listed on their website does nothing but make a beeping sound, no one answers. After reading several other complaints on BBB, I just want my money back!Business Response

I order one of their products feb.11 and have reached out to them at least 5 times for shipping information and ** receiving no response at all. I have let them know that I would like my money back and to not bother shipping it. The customer service for this company is very poor. Them selling a product that could save someones life you would think they would have good communication skills and customer service. Ship time was 4-6 days and Im still waiting over 2 weeks later.Business Response

We received your complaint from BBB. I'm sorry you have had an issue not receiving your product. It is true that we have had overwhelming demand and orders are taking slightly longer than normal.
I have looked through our customer ticketing system and see nowhere where an inquiry was made as to the status. We are offering refunds to customers whose orders are taking longer than expected and issue those with no problem.
