    My wife and I had a new furnace installed in November of 2023 with a 1 year warranty. It has now been 8 months. When we turned on our A/C unit, the *** pipes that they replaced that were suppose to go to the drain for any a/c water overflow, flooded our basement twice! Why? Because they installed a short *** pipe that does not reach our drain and was inbetween 2 other pipes, hidden. When we went to call them to fix this, all we get is their answering service (Even during working hours) who wants to sell us on a $89 / visit charge. I DO NOT recommend this business.

    BEWARE! **********************!This is a very expensive company that will be constantly siphoning money out of your wallet and what is more, their guarantee is a fiction which ends the moment their technician walks out of your home. The manager ***** will tell you that it is your own fault. If you don't want to be at fault and out of your money, do not use the services APPLE AIR provides. Make sure to read their 3 star reviews that are peppered throughout different sites. Then use a different company so that you don't regret your decision later. If you like to waste money, call APPLE AIR for services. Although it is a lot easier to just burn the money instead of calling their technician - the result would be the same. If you don't want to listen to a lecture from the manager praising their technicians and then telling you it's your own fault that the system does not work, ****** a different company.

    We had Apple Aire install a new furnace for us. We were very impressed with Apple Aire. ******, the sales rep. *** fantastic. He was knowledgeable, thorough and answered all of questions. He scoped out the job and even found some installation problems with our old furnace that would be corrected with the new install and improve airflow. His bid was itemized and he provided us with brochures so we could research what we were purchasing. ****** helped with financing making the process very easy and he was able to schedule our install very quickly. Just in time for the cold weather. The installers, ****** and Phaylan were great. They were professional and also very knowledgeable. They went thru how to operate the new thermostat and other start up tidbits. We had one snafu with the install but ****** ensured that it was fixed the next day by the electricians. The electricians were also very good. We have an older home but they were able to troubleshoot and figure out what needed to be done. The furnace is up and running and there is a noticeable difference in the airflow making our home warmer and more efficient. Thanks Apple Aire.

    This company will not be honest and will try to take all your money all they care about is money and frankly they acted nothing like it until they wanted money and wouldnt leave me alone they called multiple times and were rude just to get payment when I had already discussed payment with them and that I mailed a check since install I have had problems getting them out to my house on problems and have just had a bad experience. I will never use this company again
