      Property Pros signed a contract to repair hail damage on roof and across other areas of the home. This company has not fulfilled their contract and is likely in breach of their obligations signed under contract.

      Hired property pros *** to roof my house July 2024 told us they would take care of all permits with building department. After inspection of roof found several building code violations that would not pass inspection. They had to come back three times to rip off sections of roof to get it to pass inspection. Told us all sub contractors we use are insured and certified roofing contractors. BS they were ********** parking lot pick *** who trashed my roof. He didnt pull permit until Dec.11 we call building department and turned him in. Building department showed us proof he had no permit or liability insurance on record. He said it cost him a fortune to hire sub contractors who had liability insurance to straighten out what the first uninsured contractor did to roof. Have letters from ***** *************** representative stating work they performed was not acceptable and would not pass inspection as per picture we submitted. He wants us to pay for his workers having to come back three times. And says his apologies should be enough to make everything OK. Every contractor I showed pictures of what they did with no permit or insurance, said s**** him.

      To put it bluntly, nothing written by this customer is accurate or truthful. ********************** has carried active insurance, maintained appropriate licensing, and been in partnership with the same 2 roofing installation crews for the nearly 7 years we've been in business. 

      Mr. & ************************* have made this complaint to the BBB as a means of retaliation for Property Pros filing a mechanics lien on their property for non-payment and registering it with the Douglas County clerk and recorder. Additionally, we have notified their mortgage company of the mechanics lien. Lastly, we have reported them to the Special Investigations Unit of their insurance carrier as well as to the ************************ We believe they are attempting to commit insurance fraud and we refuse to participate or assist in any such activities. 

      The work we contracted with them has been completed and has passed final inspection with ************************ March 5th 2024 the owner of Property Pros *** had a meeting with the head of the *********************** Department, in person, and confirmed that our license and relationship remain in good standing.

      These property owners simply don't want to pay their debts and are attempting to tarnish the Property Pros name rather than fulfill their duties within our contract.

      We hired Property Pros, *** in February of 2023 to replace damaged windows in ***********. They talk a great talk, worked with our insurance company to get the funding and assured us that the result was going to be amazing. However, after giving him $10,300 to proceed with the work, **** of Property Pros disappeared and, other than a few lame excuses and broken promises, we never heard from him again. Our messages, emails, phone calls and demands for a refund have gone unanswered. Meanwhile, my wife and I are struggling to somehow get our money back.

      Coming back home this week to learn of your reviews/calls to action with your neighbors and through social media, has been very disappointing. There is so much missing from your explanation of the events than what you shared in your review posts. 
      For example:
      -The original window order was delayed by the manufacturer (not us).
      -The order was damaged in delivery by the supplier (not us).
      -By way of appraisal against your insurance company we were able to get your roof, gutters, windows, and some painting approved and paid for by them, not you.
      -We offered to cover all costs associated with that appraisal process so you wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket.
      -We successfully completed work and collected payment from you for the roof, gutters, and painting.
      -After a rock climbing accident (very well documented injury on social media.. and I even sent you pictures) I spent 6 months in a wheelchair during this time period yet still got work done for you.
      -I informed you I had a dying relative and was stepping away from work for awhile to ********* them while I finished my own physical therapy. 

      I believe Property Pros *** and myself went above and beyond to help you. I'm sorry you feel different. Perhaps you forgot I told you I was stepping away from work to heal myself and assist a dying relative in a remote place. I'm frustrated that despite proving to you the cause for delays you still choose to call them "lame excuses" in your reviews. 

      In conclusion, I will absorb the restocking fees on your custom window order and will get a refund check mailed to your house tomorrow (10/12/2023) via overnight certified mail. I will provide you that tracking number privately via email.

      *********************** replaced the roof (which is still under warranty) on my home in 2021 and I noticed a leak this week. Its been a full 24 hours since I have called him, left him voicemails and texted him with no response. The phone number listed on this business page number is out of service so I have no way of getting in touch with him. In addition to this experience, I also experience a lack of response by **** last year when trying to replace a few windows. He came by and measured the windows and was very pleasant (so I thought). After he came by for measurements, I followed up with him on 6 separate occasions over the course of 1 month and never got quotes on the windows he came by to measure - why would he waste his time coming by to measure the windows with no intention of ever providing quotes or doing the work? Seems like a very inefficient way to run a business. I'm currently stuck with a leak in my roof, which is under warranty, and unable to reach anyone.

      As discussed with ***** at her home on June 21st, 2023, I am very sorry for our inability to respond to her attempts at communication.  I had a serious injury that put me in a wheelchair and out of work for roughly 6 months. At the time, I was under the impression that the real estate agent who was my actual customer for that roof, had shared details of my injury with *****. On June 21st, 2023 I inspected the property and ***** and I together were unable to find any possible way that the alleged leak was roof related and therefor it could not be covered as a warranty claim.  It is also my understanding that even with the extreme weather we have experienced in the months of May and June, no additional instances of leaking have occured aside from the one isolated event that we determined was not related to the roof. Having healed from my injuries I am now back at work and more than willing to assist ***** with any future warranty related concerns she may have, should they arise.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1. this repair on the exact same spot was done at least 4 times

      2. no raccoon damage was ever reported to me.

      3 my house is not two single wide trailers frankensteined together

      4 a different contractor was not hired to fix this issue, one the the original partners *********************** came on his own time to assess and help with this issue.

      Hi *****, we're terribly sorry your experience with Property Pros has been less than stellar. I have reviewed your file in our CRM and am able to bring up every point of contact we have had with you since we first met.  We would encourage you to practice honesty when reporting any company to the BBB.   We did attempt a leak repair for you 1 time, approximately 4 years ago, shortly after the new roof installation. Given that your home is an unusual structure (2 single wide trailers frankensteined into a double wide trailer) we did try to warn you that there could be some trial and error in making the roof repair work. Prior to this week we hadn't heard from you about a continued problem since we last made a repair 4 years ago, when yet another raccoon had created new damage, which we fixed for free.    We apologize for our main office line malfunctioning, we are working with ******* Business and At&t to get this resolved as soon as possible. It is our understanding that you chose to hire a different contractor to perform repairs this week.  If there is any way we can further assist you please be sure to let us know. Thank you!

      Hello. According to ***********************, former partner, I should have a 5 year labor and materials warranty. The latest leak was around August 14-16.

      *********************** has no officiating with Property Pros and hasn't for quite some time. You were made aware of this. He owns a completely separate company and has no power, authority, or interest in matters pertaining to Property Pros or its customers. Per our warranty and contract, once another contractor has made any repair to our system the warranty is void.
