      Property Pros installed my roof in 2020. I had a leak the following winter which they claim they "fixed". During the rough summer storms of 2023 ******* leaked again in the same spot. I reached out to Property Pros and they assured me they'd fix the leak, but were busy with hail claims. This went on for several months until finally, Property Pros stopped responding altogether. I eventually had to hire another roofer to repair the issue, and was told the leak was the result of poor workmanship on the part of Property Pros. I'm currently trying to get a deduction on my homeowners insurance due to having a class 4 roof. Property Pros never provided me any paperwork or certification showing the shingle type, and because their phone goes to voicemail when called, I have been unable to obtain an answer for my insurance. Not only did the repairs cost me over $1000, but I will now be losing out on thousands of dollars due to extra insurance premiums every year.

      *********************** and Property Pros, *** have stolen $12,000 from me and my husband. We hired Property Pros, *** in February of 2023 to replace damaged windows in ***********. **** talks a great talk, worked with our insurance company to get the funding, and assured us that the result was going to be amazing. However, after giving him $12,000 to proceed with the work, **** disappeared and, other than a few lame excuses and broken promises, we never heard from again. Meanwhile, were struggling to somehow get our money back. This has been an absolute nightmare for us.DO NOT trust this company or ***********************.
