  Paul B***** has robbed me of $20,000 on my deck project. He was suppose to complete a 2 week deck job in August. It's December. All of my deck furniture has gotten ruined through the weather. My house now Leakes because he has failed to seal the deck. He ripped the deck off and never came back to complete the job. I will be suing him for over 40K for total loss. Do not use this man. I will be letting everyone know on my podcast as well.

  Paul Butler gets a zero as a human and contractor. He is a thief, a liar, a fraud. I to was referred to him by a very reliable source. However, this man robbed me to the point I ended up in the hospital due to unfinished work that caused me to go into Asthma exacerbation. He was paid, he never ordered my material, he would take days to come back and when he did he had another drug addict there to do the work in my house that was never done. During the process of my experience with him I learned of 5 other people who had similar experiences with him. The funniest part about that is we all had his number in our phone but 2 had him under a completely different name. I think it is in poor taste that this man would put such a bad reputation on his FATHERS good name. I hate that I had to give him the one star. I hate that he is allowed to continue to work in this field. I hate that he took advantage of me a single HARDWORKING mother. I hate that I can't disrupt his world like he has mine. He is not a licensed contractor, he tried paying me a portion of my money back with a fake Bank of America business check. God don't like ugly and Paul Butler is the ugliest. I took the case to small claims court, this man went in default never responded to the courts or the court hearing. Any one related or affiliated with him should be embarrassed hell, I'm embarrassed of my experience. This man claimed to be someone there for the people. A God fearing man, a good father, and husband when in reality he is a wolf in sheep's clothing.

  If I could give negative stars I would. It is my opinion that Paul Butler from Butler's Home Improvement, LLC is a scam artist. He deceptively misrepresented himself on a contract he wrote up to do a home improvement project for us. Unbeknownst to us at the time - Paul's business is Butler's Home Improvement with an 'S. He was recommend to us from a trusted referral source. He provided a quote. We accepted his verbal quote and he returned the next day with a contract. He represented himself as Butler Home Improvement, LLC all over this contract. NO 's. We signed the contract and gave him a $2500 check. 2 days later he cashed our check at a pawn shop. What reputable business owner cash's checks at a pawn shop? He never did the job. After some run around we contacted him requesting to cancel the contract and a return of my deposit. Paul agreed to cancel the contract over a text msg and said he would get me my money back the next week. More run around. After a few weeks of this I told him that If I didn't get our money back I was going to sue him in small claims court. I began the small claims paperwork to sue Butler Home Improvement, LLC ( the company name on the contract) only to discover it is a different home improvement company all together! I would have brought the wrong business to court. That's when I learned that Paul Butler's company is actually called Butler's Home Improvement LLC with an 's. Blatant misrepresentation probably to avoid potential customers finding out about his F rating with the BBB. He is skating off of some other contractor's LLC name. Who else has he scammed? Stay away from Butler of Butler's Home Improvement that is parading around as Butler Home Improvement.
