    We hired a limo service for the kids Prom. We were sent photos of two different "party buses" and we agreed to those options and were sent a contract for the fee for the Party bus. Prom was on May 17th. The bus arrived late and was not a party bus but rather a transportation bus which is rented at a much lesser cost. We were apologized to and told various different stories as to why but were told we would receive a 50% credit back to the paying credit card. On May 22nd I received the paperwork (attached) showing the credit was being applied to my **** card. But the credit was never sent to ****. I was told there were issues with making it happen, that **** wasn't accepting it. I called **** and they said they had no record of the credit being applied or an attempt to apply a credit to the card. I was told instead a bank check would be mailed. But a check never arrived and I asked for verification for the bank check and it was never sent. I asked to meet in person to get the check and was told that could happen but now the owner won't return my texts or emails or calls. They owe me $925 for the credit that has never been returned.

    Made reservation with them on April 10 2024 for a round trip from our home to ***** ****** airport for a pick up on May 14th returning May 21 2024. Cancelled the reservation on April 12th and was told by Mr. L**** I would be receiving a total refund of 480.00. Waited and called Mr. L**** on April 10th about the refund. Was told girl was out sick and he would follow up. May 9th spoke again with Mr. L**** and he apologize about the delay. May 23rd spoke again with Mr. L**** and he said he would call me back tomorrow which would be Friday the 24th with and update. never happened. May 29th and told him I would be placing a complaint with BBB. May 30th spoke again with Mr. L**** and he said he would be back on the card in a few days. After exhausting my communications with the business I contacted my Credit Card company.
