    ABSOLUTELY NOT !! My grandmother hired them to drive 14 of us, with two babies, in a coach bus to our vacation. They sent a party bus, claiming their coach bus broke down; on, that’s fine things happen, right? However, the party bus is not child safe, could not have babies in their car seats as was not able to hook up anywhere. And it all goes downhill from there…. 1. We had to take baby wipes to clean the inside as it was filthy!! Sticky, dirty, it was appalling. 2. The suspension on the bus needs to be checked. While holding onto the babies, we are being jumbled around the seats, often being bounced into the air. 3. The shades on the windows do not work, as they would not pull up and when we tried to they would get bunched up. 4. The wires for the lights in the ceiling were exposed, just waiting for someone to grab onto them. 5. We found opened bottled beverages all over the bus; water bottles and alcohol. Great for kids right… 6. We found broken glass inside the drink compartment and across the window sill. We cleaned it up to avoid anyone getting hurt. 7. When picking us up after vacation, the drive was an hour late. They claimed because of the storm the night prior, the driver was behind… ? Anytime we called for an eta we were given “12 minutes away,” “6 minutes away,” “20 minutes away,” and so on. If you have to be somewhere at 9, leave early to accommodate traffic. 8. The driver was texting and driving!! When we called the company to report him, they immediately backed him up saying “oh he’s using his gps on his phone.” I have attached the photo we took of him to this post… very clearly texting as you can see the keyboard of emoji’s and call button in the contact he’s texting. When my grandmother wrote a bad review, they have now blocked her post and her from their ******** page, AND started harassing her with texts and phone calls.

    I asked for bus for transportation to and from Bayonne, NJ for 14 people. They show up with a party bus because “bus broke down.” The party bus was dirty (broken glass and confetti where are luggage was packed). We wiped seats down before we got in. The air conditioner dripped on our suitcases and got them soaked. On the way home, the driver did not plan for traffic…. Was 1 1/2 hours late picking us up. The air conditioner was not working, still dripping on our luggage… not enough room for all our luggage… dirty again from evening before(we know this because we found a wedding favor with date and bride & groom names). I reported the driver texting while driving on highway….. it was not gps…. Zooming in we can see text and emojis… they’re 14 of us passengers including two babies!!!!! The company TEXTED HIM to put his phone down!?? No shocks …. Felt every bump we hit. Bus run down and gross…. Do not call them for their services!

The bus assigned for your transportation was blocked by a downed tree from the storm earlier that day. The driver was delayed leaving in an attempt to move the bus. To honor our commitment to providing service to you from ******** *** the only accessible transportation was the party bus. Due to unforeseen traffic conditions, the driver was late and not able to clean the bus upon arrival as planned. We apologize for the inconvenience of it not being clean. There are cameras installed in all our vehicles for the safety of our passengers. Driver’s are instructed to only use their phones for GPS purposes. The driver was called after being notified of him texting and it was confirmed he was only using the phone for GPS. We received your complaint and when we contacted you for a resolution, you asked us to cease calling and threatened harassment. We pride ourselves in customer service and will be happy to speak with you regarding this matter.
