    I purchased a gold member seasonal pass and I was told by the front door customer service representative in Jun that each time I come, I can get a cup to refill drinks. My old cup could not be used again since it had sugar and it’s hard to clean, and it had bacteria from the straw. I came to the front gate to ask for a new cup but the supervisor Janny was extremely rude. She refused to give me the cup and even threatened to call security since I argued with her that she told me totally different from what I was told before, but she lied and denied the conflicted information they released. I also have their website ad that NO place says it is only one cup for the gold member. Therefore, I need BBB to help in this issue. Also need their front gate customer service to investigate internally and the behavior of Janny is totally unacceptable.
