1 starI would not use this mover again. I’m not one to normally write reviews, but I thought I should to warn others out there looking for moving services. This mover quoted me $860 plus one half hour for transportation time for 3 guys for 3 hours. The job was to unload a truck and bring the items into the house. Firstly, 3 men did come. One was the owner who is about sixty five and slight of build. He didn’t carry much of anything in the house. The other two men carried all the furniture in. The owner then said he was charging me $250 extra because there were steps to the front door “I did not know there were steps”. Steps are common in front of houses but admittedly these steps were an extra challenge so I accepted the overage. Then there was the travel time…I’m not sure how this works because no one was driving a moving truck. The moving truck was at the house. Lastly, they finished what was in the truck in slightly under two hours. I wasn’t able to fill the truck before I left, but I had a lot of boxes and some furniture that I had brought to the house in the garage. Since I paid for 3 hours (that’s how it was quoted (3 men/3 hours), I thought for the last hour they could help move the other items into the house. They moved one dresser and one box. Then he said they weren’t doing any more because , “the furniture was heavy” and they “were all done” Total cost for two hours was $1,254. Just to give a comparison. I have another mover coming for the rest of the house for $600 which includes the truck and transporting it to the new house an hour away. I should have called the police. I feel extorted. I did not get 3 movers for 3 hours and the price kept changing when I knew I was already being overcharged from the start. Don’t use them. And get a few quotes. Also, be careful. They want everything in cash. No recourse. Last thing. We couldn’t find pieces to the bed when setting it up. Multiple pieces of the bed were left outside.Review fromJared L.

We had a 12 hour move and they showed up on time moved everything, gave great advice and made an otherwise stressful day less stressful. 5 starsThere are always complexities and unforeseen twists and turns when it comes to moving. B&B Moving and Storage is able to skillfully navigate through all of this, and they do so with care and respect. Sam and his son, Ali will immediately put you at ease upon your first encounter with them. They are reliable, resourceful and competent. This is a family owned business with ethics, as they are supremely committed to serving their clients. When selecting a moving company, it is imperative that you use one with a good reputation. Choosing the wrong movers can prove enormously stressful and exorbitantly costly. When B&B is managing your move, these worries are nonexistent. They are exceptionally honest brokers in an industry where many others aren’t. I would recommend B&B Moving and Storage to everyone! They did amazing job, moved my 2 bdr apartment to a new condo quickly and efficiently. All my possessions were in good order, very careful and meticulous job. Pleasure to work with B&B Moving and Storage.
