      I’m a little overwhelmed by the two reviews as I have not had a good experience so far in trying to engage PhysicianOne Urgent Care. I was seen in December when this urgent care was in network. I have confirmed this with my insurance company. They were able to see that I had been covered at the time of care and then the company changed names and pulled out of network not long after. I received the bill in February. I believe it used to be *** ****** **** ******** My insurance company told me that used the wrong MPI for billing and that it should be changed and resubmitted. I just got off the phone with someone from physianone who was really nice but couldn’t really help me. She is sending the inquiry to billing. I’m happy to pay what I owe but I know I was covered at the time of care.

      What a rip off!! My visit lasted only less than 10 minutes and I was charged $220. Mind you this was a telehealth visit. Stay away from this online rip off.

      I am unsure of how to remove my earlier review, so I am updating it instead. Both a manager with the initial L and the Director of Operations reached out to my family within a few days. L was very warm, understanding and tried to look at the situation fairly and objectively. We accept their apology and recommend this place as we never had an issue with staff before in the past. They seem to really care about their patients from check in to clinical care and do strive for excellence. Thanks L and D (Director of Operations) for reaching out!

      Literal Angels work here. Dr Max and the lovely nurse who helped me went above and beyond. They have so much love for their patients the amount could never be measured. Thank you for all your care. I highly recommend them.
