  Workers were very thoughtful on keeping things clean. And also we’re very nice. They worked extremely hard. I truly believe that there system is the only way to go. Can’t wait for the next downpour. My basement will be dry. Finally. RP

  It was an absolute pleasure dealing with ADBS from beginning to end! I did a ton of research on other systems and this one just made sense. I had estimates 3x higher from other companies with a much inferior products. My initial consult was with Paul, who was a pleasure to deal with and quickly answered any questions I had afterwards with never any pressure at all to purchase. Juan and his crew did the job in two days and went above and beyond to accommodate. They respected my property and left behind not a single piece of trash. These are among the best contractors I’ve ever dealt with and that’s hard to find.

  Seriously, these were the best Contractors I have ever had work at my home. In 2 days the job was completed and it was almost as if no work was done--that is how clean they left my basement. The foreman of the crew discussed all aspects of the work and we were able to make appropriate decisions that were best for the project without any headaches. The crew was respectful and hard-working. They were all good guys who would not hesitate to use again.
  I highly recommend American Dry/Brookfield to anyone looking for a high quality and trouble free installation of a dry system.

  We had water seeping up from a crack in the floor at the hatchway and wanted a sump pump put in. I chose American Dry Basement Systems from the reviews I read that they don't try to upsell or push for a full-basement treatment. indeed, they did not.
  The sales rep who came out, Mike M., looked over the leak and recommended the exact thing I had in mind: a sump pump with wall drains across the hatchway door and six feet on either side, of it. While his experienced eye saw where moisture had wicked through the walls in one or two other locations, he agreed the problem was was the crack and gave us a quote. We accepted and got on the schedule.
  Thanks to a re-schedule of another job, the three-man crew came out this morning before 9 am and were done by 1 pm. I was impressed by the care they took to drape plastic from the joists and across the work area to keep any dust contained.
  It was obvious they knew what they were doing. Like a well-oiled machine, each one set to work bringing in tools, supplies, and a stack of 5 gallon buckets. I wondered what the buckets were for, to later discover them filled with the concrete pieces they cut from the floor so they could be easily carried out to their truck for disposal.
  One dug the outside trench while another used the jackhammer and the third prepared the next step. These guys were good.
  After laying pipe in the trench they made, they filled it with fresh cement to replace what they had to take out. It was finished smoothly and looks great.
  All in all, I am please with both their work and the company itself.
  I can fully recommend American Dry Basement Systems.

  To whom it may concern,
  The first thing I would like to do is thank you all for a job well done. From your company representative Mr. T*****, who gave an outstanding presentation of your product, customer representative Ms. Arian who kept me informed every step of the way, and the outstanding professional team consisting of Juan, Abdon, Wilmeh, Walter and Salvatore who showed great strength and overall professional knowledge in bringing my project to a finish.
  After lots of research, interviewing three other companies and watching tons of your YouTube videos both day and night, I must admit not only did I learn a lot but, it showed me where the true experience was if I was going to have this major project done in my home. Even the reviews which is the last thing I read when making my final choice were truly above the rest.
  So, are we happy? Very much so. The start of our project, very much on time. Professionalism was outstanding. Followed the contract to a T and, the end system setup and cleanup was non other then remarkable. We even received a follow up email when the job was completed. Would I highly recommend your company, without a doubt.

  After reviewing proposals from several contractors to address water infiltration issues we're having in our basement and crawl space, American Dry offered by far the best and appropriate solution and cost. American Dry made recommendations to us to save money such as purchasing our own dehumidifiers for the basement and crawl space. They did exactly what they said they would in their proposal. They are professional with no upsell or high pressure and proposed only what was needed to address our issues. American Dry and did an outstanding job with the installation and clean-up afterward. Results: We now have a dry basement and crawl space! Very pleased with American Dry.

  As a small town non-profit community thrift shop, we were desperately in need of finding a solution to the continued water seepage we were experiencing and the team from ADBS in *********** ** diagnosed the problem and worked with us so that we could schedule installation of our new sump pump around the shop's retail calendar. Excellent company, knowledgable staff, neat work and great customer service!

  The short answer:
  Yes you should give them your business if you have a water issue.
  The long answer:
  Versus the other solutions price points were reasonably comparable, but the solution looked much better. I also saw videos of them ripping out other solutions that had given me quotes. When they ripped up my concrete my floor looked like the other solutions without having one myself.
  Their workers were very efficient and professional working extremely hard over the 2 day job.
  It took about 2 weeks for this solution to deal with remaining ground water, and then has finally handled a rain event that was pretty decent volume without missing a beat and with existing ground water dealt with was a complete non issue.
  I am very happy I found them offering a solution before going with something else and would give them my business again were I ever to move someplace that needed it.
  Solution in place for 5 months of this review.

  For 80 years the basement of our family home became a ‘swimming pool’ after a heavy rain. We tried every fix that was suggested: swalling the property, installing an apron drain, installing a foundation drain. Nothing worked.
  After seeing several other presentations, we hired American Dry Basement on the basis of their sales presentation, their positive reviews, their scheduling and their pricing.
  Their crew worked from 8 am to 6 pm completing the job in one day. They hung heavy duty plastic to contain the dust and even helped move some heavy shelving. And, they cleaned up their work area before they left.
  We would highly recommend ADBS.
