  I reached out to a couple of companies and they all gave me the "you need to rip up your whole floor and put a draining system, and pump" story. As each one kept talking I can see the money signs coming out of their mouth. Paul came in, evaluated my basement, and gave me two solutions that would help me either way, basically no BS. We setup a date for what was needed, the crew came in early in the morning and finished that day. Three years of flooding gone and I can enjoy my man cave again. Thank you Paul and the Team at ADBS!

  Very professional people. Paul was a pleasure to work with. Juan and the crew were also great. They busted their butts in the heat and got it done on time and very clean. I was actually very impressed. I would recommend them.

  American Dry Basement’s work was excellent. The workmen were very professional. They discussed with me exactly what they were doing and why the particular approach was most beneficial. They appropriately masked off the work areas, cleaned up after complete and asked me oI had any questions or concerns. They instructed me to not walk on the corrected areas for at least two days and informed me I should contact the office if there were any issues I needed addressed. Consummate professionals.

  They provided me with an adequate quote. They performed the repair as they said they would. They called and verified our satisfaction with the workmanship. We have had no repeat adverse events since they fixed our foundation wall.

  I've spent my life in construction and retired. Purchased four homes for my family and renovated them with two needing dry basements. The job was done right and ahead of schedule. There's one more to go and ADBS will get a call.

  Bottom line: ADBS exceeded my expectations in all areas.
  Details: Two years ago, our basement was a mess. During and after every heavy rain or snow melt, a small brook flowed from the east wall across the floor. My plumber called our house "a river runs through it". A dehumidifier ran continuously all year long. Our house always smelled moldy. I thought the problem was the the old windows, but the ADBS salesman assured us that their system would fix the issue. I was skeptical, but their estimate was the lowest of any that I got and their reviews were excellent, so we decided to take the risk. The crew that did the installation ran into difficulties (for example, a giant boulder behind the wall they were drilling through) but there was never any mention of us paying extra for the additional work required. The work was completed two years ago, and since then I haven't seen a single drop of water on the floor. The dehumidifier, which maintains 50% humidity, stops running in the fall and doesn't start again until late spring, and even then the basement feels dry and smells clean. We are completely satisfied with ADBS's work and I heartly recommend their services.

  American Dry Basement Systems moisture and water-proofed my basement 10 years ago, so I can confidently write this review. They were one of the most stellar companies I have ever worked with. They were on time, were exceptionally clean (it is a 250 year old basement), courteous, and did such an exemplary job that the basement has never had a problem since. It was always wet with a partial dirt floor and stone walls. They took things that were in the way out of the way (always asking me first), put concrete down on the dirt portions of the floor, installed a French drain, and installed a sump pump, which has never had to be put to use they did such a good job.
  They didn't push me into making any decisions or buying anything extra. They explained what they thought would be the best approach, then let me make my own decision. They did their job, and they did it so well that years later people would comment on it, and how clean and dry the basement was.
  I would and already have recommend American Dry Basement Systems to everyone who has mentioned they have water or a moisture problem in their basement.

  Hello,
  American Dry Basement Systems, came out to my home and evaluated my problem, I had water entering my garage when I had heavy rain. They gave me two options, meaning two ways to stop the water from entering both were good options. Which had me thinking this over so I decided on the sub-pump drain and the tech that came to do the work did a really nice job, and to this day I have not had any more issues. I don't do too many reviews but I had to let the people know about my experience which was very professional from the start. 5 stars to the field rep that first did the evaluation the other option was to make my driveway drain larger which was a good idea. And 5 stars to the 2 techs who worked hard and did a really nice neat job they placed the drain right behind my garage door and the same length as my garage door and cleaned up afterward.
  Also would like to say they gave me a good price too to do the work!
