    Budget Fence originally installed our fence years ago with no complaints. We need some repairs on the fence this summer. The owner Eli S*** came out to do an estimate and said the repairs would cost 800.00 and needed a 500.00 deposit. The deposit was given to the owner and the job was never done. He has been avoiding my phone calls. I would like the job to be completed or my money returned.

    I conracted with Budget Fence LLC, * *** **** ******** *** ****** Mr. EliezerS*** on April 27, 2023 for the replacement of my existing wood fence. I was quoted $24,000 for the work of which I paid to Mr. S*** $12,000,00 for material aquisition. A subsequent communication from Mr. S*** quoted an additional $7,000 for removal of the old fence debric via a dumpster.
    The work was to start between the weeks of June 12 or June 19, 2023 to allow for bad weather delays on other, unrelated projects. I attempted to call Mr. S*** on June 22 to ask why he had yet to start June 22. With an assist from the ****** Police Department whom I called because I was concerned that I had been scammed for the $12,000.00) we reached Mr. S***. Mr S*** promised he would start on July 3 which he did. The next arrival was during the week after July 4 when Mr. S*** told me his worker had co0ntracted Poison Ivy and would not be available to continue on the next wather permitting day.
    Mr. S***'s cell phone rings when called but the caller is instructed to leave a message and a call-back number. The mailbox message says that it is full and ends the call. Mr. S*** has not called with any information regarding his plan for completion of the remaing work since the Poison Ivy report.

    This guy will steal your money. Don’t do business with him. He’sa liar and a fraud. He took my $7500 deposit and pretty much disappeared on me. He’s done this to at least 3-4 other people based on other reviews I’ve seen.

    I signed a contract on Jun 8th with Eli S*** to install a PVC fence around my entire backyard stating the fence would be started mid to late August and should take about a week to finish. The original estimate was for $12722.65. I paid 50% deposit as requested which at the time was $6361.33. On July 26th I asked to change the material of 2 sides of the fence which increased the estimate to $16426.82. The same day I paid the additional $1721.50. On Sep 1st no work had begun with no communication. I reached out to Eli who said he now wouldn't be able to start until Sept 29th. On Oct 1st the work had still not started. I reached out and no reply for a couple of days until I said I wanted a refund. Eli promised I was next in line and work would begin on the following monday. Still no work began and on Wednesday I asked for a refund. He agreed to refund me. When asked when I would receive my refund he said he would get back to me by end of the next day. He did not reply. I told him I would like my refund within 10 business days or I will have to take legal action. He told me that would never happen and to go ahead and take legal action.

    I have read reviews online (unfortunately too late) of several other people with this exact same encounter with Eli so I know he has done this to others. I have kept all receipts and texts with him.
