    Refused to perform warranty work because “there’s no money in it for” him.

    To make this long story short, we signed contract in July it took him 4 months to finish fence a lot of back and forth would come to the house and work maybe an hour. when we got the call that the fence was complete my husband noticed the fence was screwed into our shed he never put the wood in so the gates could be sturdier we should have went through the whole fence at that point but we did not. One month after and the wind storm we got in December and 2 sections of the fence came apart. My husband and I are going to do what he as a so called professional should have done. Working with Eli was a terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to hire him.

    Took our money in March 2022, kept putting off the start date. Promised us it winks be done by end of August, then September, then October. He then said it would be done today and it still isn’t done. Now promising it’ll be done tomorrow or he’ll “come take his posts” and give us a full refund. He has 4500$ and has done maybe 4 hours of work max.
    Have to harass and ask for refunds to get anywhere. And now we have posts in our yard with no fence and our neighbors are upset and we’re having issues with our town because posts and cement are an eyesore (and it is). The lengths and lies we have been told are so upsetting and after seeing the reviews here we know we’ve been scammed. We lost family to Covid so when he told us that was the issue we believed him…..we feel
    Like fools and we can’t afford to
    Finish the job without the refund.
