      I did not understand that the crew they have in this jumble of dentists do not work as a team. So my 91 year old mother had a consultation with her regular dentist and he took X-rays and a tooth needed to be extracted so he recommended a specialist in the “group”. New appointment weeks later and we get there expecting an extraction to take place with much anxiety on my moms part. We then found out the real reason we were there was FOR ANOTHER CONSULATION EVEN THOUGH WE HAD X-RAYS and A Referral from the first dentist. That is when we discover they are not a team. Not affiliated. Just renting space with shared reception area and they work across the seven foot hallway. What a racket.
      They also do not offer payment plans.
      They actually argued with me about the appointment and said it was another consultation ($$) and they needed all her medical history. They never mentioned that when I made the appointment right there at the last service. They are all about the money. No warm and welcoming or caring attitude. They actually were rolling their eyes and three receptionists were all defending their lack of information that should have been clearly written down abd given to us.
      We are switching to a team dental office today. Not impressed with their number one ********** designation. How difficult is that?

      If I could give 0 stars I would. From their clerical staff, billing associates and the LIARS of doctors they have, this place is disgraceful. I WAS a patient since a young child and have never been so poorly treated and disrespected. The bill staff is rude, condescending and unwilling to work with. I will definitely be reporting to the Better Business Bureau & Attorney Generals office for their gross negligence and unprofessional customer service.
