      BEWARE. I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR. BOUGHT A WAGONEER FROM THEM 5 MONTHS AGO ENDED UP I HAD TO HAND IT IN LOSING $4,500 THE CAR HAS MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES THEY DIDNT CARE THEY WERE WORRIED ABOUT ME GIVING BACK THERE RENTAL TO MAKE MORE MONEY. THE STAFF AND HIGHER MANAGER KNEW AND WERE VERY RUDE DIDNT CARE ABOUT ME TELLING HIM THE CAR SHUTS OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING IT FOUR TIMES LOSING BRAKES AND STEERING AND THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY OR ANOTHER FAMILY. THEY MADE ME SETTLE ON ANOTHER CAR THERE SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE MONEY DIDNT OFFER NOT EVEN OFFER ME A WARRENTY ON THE CAR I HAD TO BUY KNOWING THAT I JUST LOST $4,500 HORRIBLE THEY ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO TURN CAR IN AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE.

      Stopped honoring our oil change warranty that we purchased from them.
      Only change the oil once for a 3 year contract.

      The guest’s son brought the vehicle in for a maintenance visit (oil/filter change and tire rotation.) Unfortunately, he was unaware that a Maintenance Plan was in effect, and so did not mention it. The guest had purchased the vehicle and the Maintenance Plan from our sister store, and so that information did not show in our Service Consultant’s records. After the visit, the guest contacted us with this information. We contacted our sister store to obtain the Plan’s policy number, submitted a claim and promptly refunded the money that the guest had paid. We realize that the process was inconvenient for the guest but had we been alerted about the Maintenance Plan upfront we would have known not to charge for the visit.

      BUYER BEWARE!!!!
      Ok so here goes, After weeks of searching for a new 3500 HD for our business i found one i liked, perfect right?
      I called to put a deposit down first thing as we liver 3 hours or so away, They dont do deposits, ok they do a travel hold, so i request a salt of the earth gritty seasoned salesman, sounds weird but im a pretty direct person sometimes and prefer not to offend anyone or come off brash. They give me to a gentleman named aldeir, after a day of dealing with him i asked for someone else, again they returned me to him. Several miscommunications as we had a small linguistics issue.
      They have me call around get all my insurance reg etc, just to tell me it would be quicker if i registered the vehicle myself, I go down and drive the vehicle notice the tire light was on, the idler arm had a ton of play and the tailgate had a closing issue, I asked aldeir if this stuff would be repaired before delivery, he told me it would. Well they never sent the proper documents to the bank so the delivery was held up an extra 2 days. I asked for the repair orders to review the repairs and notice some of the things i had asked about aren't in there. He again assures me they are done.
      I receive the vehicle on Friday July 5th, The alignment is off the tailgate isn't fixed and there is still play in the front end. Now i am taking a day out of my shop to drive to a dealership 40 miles away to have the alignment done a week later, Lets rewind a smidge, They bring my paperwork for me to sign and tell me they'd overnight it, Its Tuesday that was Friday I just received it, and we are missing everything for me to register the car. Now they are overnighting that either, There's more but I'm exhausted from the entire situation honestly. I feel they were dishonest and underhanded the entire time. ..... Save you hard earned money and valuable time and go somewhere else....

      We have reviewed Mr. Legrice's concerns with him and our General Manager has offered a full-price trade-in value on a new 2024 vehicle comparable to the truck that he purchased. We are awaiting the guest's decision on this offer.

      I had 2 bad experiences with ingersoll. The service salesman is a complete liar. I had 2 cars go in for diagnostics. The first I wasn’t savvy enough to realize what was happening. A glow plug which cost $15, was told 2 more were going. $850 bill should be $100 labor. Then took truck off off lift and a mysterious loud sound and supposedly the shocks blew. All highway miles. Then I bring in my ****** for a diagnostic. Told me $10-15k to repair. I said just replace plugs and still charged $888. They offered to buy car for $5k. Light off sold it to carvana for $15k. I have spent hundreds of thousands on cars there. Never again. Complete scumbags.
