Cartus was hired by my husband's company to conduct all the operations involved in our out of state relocation. We had asked if we could choose our own vendors in which those requests were denied. They hired a 3rd party to move my vehicle and that company has caused $5000 in damages to my vehicle. It isn't drivable and I have been without my car for a month. We have filed a complaint to the car carrier which has been denied for ******* reasons so we have appealed and asked Cartus to step in. We haven't hear anything for a week. They never answer their phones and we have had to get ugly with them just to get email responses in a timely manner. We have also done a lot of the work that they were hired to do. We have asked Cartus to pay for the damages to my vehicle so I can have my car back while they deal with the carrier THEY hired on their own time and money. THEY are responsible for who they hire and entrust other people's property to and now that that company is refusing to pay for things they damaged. Cartus thinks they have no responsibility either and I assure you, they do. If they can't get their vendors to pay for things they break, then they should be responsible for the damages.
