      I have been a customer for 26 years. I called yesterday for my annual service appointment. They didn't pick up the phone. I left a message. No call back received. I emailed. No response. I called headquarters and they said they are upgrading their software. That doesn't make sense. If i can reach headquarters then I should be able to reach the local office. Conclusion: They are out of business.

      The company is not answering to e mails or phone calls. Also did charge without deliver products.
      Not recommend anymore. It was a good company but things changed in the worst.

      Since July 2024, the Culligan system has not been working. I have been a customer for several years. In July 2024, there was no water delivery at all, and I did not receive any notification about the delay. I tried calling about seven times, and when I finally reached someone, they said they would relay the message to the Danbury office.
      On August 10th, a person named Sue contacted me, apologized, and explained that the office was under a new computer system. She assured me that I would not be charged for the month of July. However, when I received my bill for August, I was still charged. To make matters worse, I was charged twice in September, and I did not receive my water delivery that month either. Despite my repeated calls and even recording the calls, I have been unable to reach a person. I have also tried using the website and the bot chat room, but no one has called me back. As a result, I have placed a stop payment on the money that Culligan takes from my account.
      I never want to do business with Culligan of Danbury ever again, and would like to recoup my money taken.
